Order out from here once week. Great quick food. However... this time I Called ahead for pick up. Got there they were four people in a line in front of me and two people at the counter ordering food... I saw my pick up was ready but I was told to wait in line which I started to do. The four people in front of me could not decide what to have and when it was their turn and they stepped up they were still talking with each other about what to order. So I said do you mind if I go in front of you and collect my pick up. Not a problem they said go ahead so I went to the register to pay for my food and the girl very vaguely told me that I had to wait at the end of the line. I asked them if I could get in front of them and they said no problem. She said yes but you have to wait in the line. I said you are kidding me right. She said next time we must wait in the line Meanwhile the guys behind me were still deciding what to get and I had paid and thank them for allowing me to be in front of them. I left a dollar for a tip and I doubt I will go back in there if that girl is there . After being in the restaurant business myself for many years she maybe needs to remember that it’s customer service and I am paying her for service not the other...
Read moreTheir veggie burger was actually really good and decently priced. However. This was still one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Two people in front of us I noticed complained about their food order not being corrected. When we ordered, both girls at the cashiers were blatantly on their cell phones. I’m allergic to dairy so I asked for mine with no cheese or sauce. When my order came, it had both so I politely returned it and asked for just hummus on it only. Quickly got a new one-now with no hummus though. Had to get back in line to ask for more. My friend was also picking up his order, and the girls behind the counter didn’t realize he spoke Spanish, which they were speaking loudly to one another. They were making nasty comments about everyone ordering, including me, saying I was an idiot for not gettin cheese and sauce on my sandwich. A different friend went up there to refill her drink and told the manager that we could hear everything they were saying about customers and he said nothing, while the cashier girls continued to sit on their phones at the registers. Though it’s a decent price, I would highly recommend paying more to go ANYWHERE...

Issues with my last visit: Automatic 20% gratuity was added. I was told it was mandatory. I called back and was told that it was only on orders over $65. I was also told that it doesn't get added to online orders. Problem is, not all items are available on the website. A 20% gratuity is ridiculous for this kind of restaurant. They got my order wrong. I had to waste 30 minutes going back to the restaurant while my other food got cold. They corrected the item, but did not offer to comp it or any part of the order for the mistake. I asked to change the fountain drink on the kids meal to a kid's milkshake. You would think that it would be $3.00 extra to cover the difference of the two items. Nope, $6.00 for a milkshake that's 1/3 of the size of the $9.00 adult milkshake. Total ripoff. Pretty sure it used to be a $3.00 upgrade. No lids for the kids milkshake. They haven't had lids for them in months. They say they're out but I think they simply don't stock them.
