Hi guys,I love snow skiing, and snowboard lately.Snowboard is my passion droping and sliding my board at the slopes of the huge lanes and resorts we have it.I have tried surfing over here, many years ago,in my childhood.I never did fine with a surboard though,I was always good at soccer and my favourite sport, clay tennis. After old,I only play clay,I don´t have time or body conditions to play more than two and a half hours of clay courts with athletes.Last time I seen snow was at my honeymoon in Bariloche,Argentina and Chile, thirty years ago.I have lived flat snow,at MO,KC.It never stoped me from getting busy.I played and slided at my front yard everyday. And weekends we played on other kids yards.Snow never stoped my pays and jokes.I am just writing here for you have a wonderful time.I advise you go to ASPEN,USA or VAL thoren, alpes.I guess you know it are the two best lanes and slopes in the world.I will be happy here in Brazil with the new sport,a parachute hanged in a board.Very common now, looks like the guys can have huge fun in the bays of BAHIA and in the summer also.I advise you a lot go to ASPEN resort, ride a few hooking for me,I am not very fun of those chairs that misses our...
Read moreit's fun to ski Aspen on a day trip, or stay 45 min away in Glenwood Springs. Doable even if you aren't a millionaire. The scenery is amazing, and not just the nature, pay attention and you might see a Kardashian. The fashion in town is something you don't see every day... Lots of fur and high fashion outfits just walking down the street. My last trip was 2022, and before that 30+ years ago when I was a kid, it's still a bizarre place, $2000 a night hotel rooms, 20+ million dollar homes. The biggest changes from 30 years ago is the traffic in town is worse, but the road to Aspen is safer and much improved. Parking can be a struggle, but we splurged and parked for 4 hours $22 bucks but right at the base of the gondola. The skiing is great and the Gondola gives you like 3500 feet of vertical in 13 min. Good hard expert Aspen glades. And I must say the instructors I saw seemed to be some of the most technically good instructors I've seen in the United States. Surprisingly, food at the mid mountain lodge we visited was less expensive than other big resorts. There are 3 other mountains in town, but we only skied Aspen, next time I'll...
