Botched Filler - Avoid Tricia, Avoid Natural Body Day Spa

Had a really unfortunate experience here with Tricia in July. I came in for a very small amount of filler (1/2 syringe) to be injected into my lips as a small top up for volume. The pain was excruciating. It felt like Tricia was twisting the needle 360 degrees in my lips, tearing everything inside. I should have spoken up, but chalked it up to not remembering how bad the pain was from the 2 past procedures I'd had over the course of 3 years. Sure enough, my lips swelled to an absurd size (abnormal for me, I don't ever swell) and turned purple and green. When I called, Tricia told me this was normal. It's not! Don't allow yourself to be gaslit like I was. While some swelling and bruising is to be expected, this amount of visible trauma is a major red flag that something went wrong during the lip filler injection. When they finally 'healed,' my lips looked even smaller than they were before. I went to consultations with two different medspas and both told me the same thing: the procedure had been botched and the injector I had seen (Tricia) had injected the filler directly into the mucosal layer UNDER the lips, which caused the existing filler to begin to migrate as well.

I have since had to pay $1,400 to get my lips dissolved and rehabbed. What a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and go...

🌷🌸🌺 I was delighted to enjoy every single minute of my stay at the Natural Body Day Spa + Med Spa in Buckhead. Every interaction I had with the staff contributed to a sense of warmth and acceptance, filling me with joy. Each individual supported me, cared for me personally, and treated me with kindness and respect.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by name, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. A staff member escorted me to my room and offered me a choice of three refreshing drinks. The cucumber water was particularly revitalizing. 🥒💦

Kat was exceptionally knowledgeable about muscle anatomy, confidently identifying specific muscles and their locations throughout my 90-minute session. I found myself curiously asking her about the muscles she was working on at various points, and she was always happy to share her expertise. Her massage technique was wonderful, and I genuinely appreciated the opportunity to shower afterward. The Aveda Shampure shampoo in the shower added to the overall experience.

I am definitely looking forward to returning to the Natural Body Day Spa in Buckhead at The Peachtree Battle...

Awesome spot for a calm and relaxing pampering. I brought my mom here for her birthday and we both enjoyed an organic facial. An assessment of our skin was performed and attention given to our trouble areas, with recommendations. Nicole ( mom’s aesthetician) and Camera were amazing! Both ladies were knowledgeable and informative!

From the pleasant greeting upon arrival and at checkout, the front desk staff, Sarah and Shantal, were professional and welcoming.

Hot tea and infused water are there for your pleasure. Mom was offered a warm weighted neck pillow, which she really liked. There are also various products, from skin care to comfy bath robes, that you can purchase and somewhat reasonably priced. If you can afford the services offered, you can afford the products.

Self care is very important to your total well being so treat yourself and indulge! Mom and I walked away glowing and feeling charged up for the week! I will definitely travel in this Atlanta traffic for future services! I highly recommend Natural Body Spa Day Spa + Med Spa...
