This first part is from 2021. Came in with my wife for a quick refresh. The location was over 50% empty. She ordered iced coffee and I ordered a tall black. Her order was out in under 3 minutes. After 10 minutes I went back to the counter and asked about my order. Really how hard is it pour a cup of black coffee? Seems most of the staff were a little bit stoned? In any case they had to discuss who didn't get the coffee, and yes they recognized they had forgotten to get it.
The person taking the orders went over, after being told he now needs to do it, and gets me semi-warm coffee in a small cup. Go figure.
Can not recommend this location to anyone. Maybe a different crew wouldn't be stoned, but why take the chance.
Today is Sunday8/24/2025... @ 3:58 PM THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE... we have been waiting for our order for 20 minutes. The place is EMPTY. I went to the counter after 15 minutes and the girl said they are still working on it??? After 20 minutes I called out to the girls working the window. They said the girl that took the order didn't pass it on... so they made it for me then. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE... THEY ARE UNDER WORKED AND OVER PAID... I WISH I DIDN'T LEAVE ANY TIP... AND I WILL NOT AT ALL FUTURE...
Read moreI left a Starbucks down the road from this location for making me wait too long to place a order, then when at the window the lady just walked away and didn't come back to take my payment. So I pulled off.
Then at this location the girl had part of that same order (from the other location) all ready at the window. I had just placed the order and drove around which was kind of peculiar that my order was already ready. I asked for a refund and the woman copped an attitude. Another nosy employee stood and starred me down with her arms folded across her chest as if she had to refund me out her own pocket. After they gave me my receipt the mgr slammed the windows shut Again, you would think he also refunded me from his own pocket. Maybe if Starbucks pays their employees more they might be motivated to have better attitudes.
I've given Starbucks my business for over 10yrs, never had a problem...
Read moreMy friend and I went through the drive-thru, the barista repeated my order (wrongly) twice— I corrected her both times that the drink I wanted was Iced. We got to the window and she hands me a hot drink-things happen and it’s fine so I nicely was like “hey sorry this is supposed to be iced” and she gives me a nasty stare and said ok before going to dump my hot drink into a larger cup of ice to make it an iced drink—or a medium temp melty ice sad drink. I even asked my friend “I did tell her iced multiple times right?” And she confirmed I did. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get sometimes it sucks, but the encounter was so abrasive and off-putting it stressed me out enough to write a Google review so, meh. I don’t mind that people make mistakes, but to have such a bad attitude when I wasn’t ever not nice about it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, just like that bummy...
