For over a year, Iāve been a loyal and consistent client with this business. So loyal that I even had my partner coming in for facials. For perspective, Iāve spent THOUSANDS of dollars following the skincare plan that the owner suggested because everything started off so well.
With that being said, the owner took my kindness for weakness and repeatedly missed, āforgotā, and cancelled appointments last minute. The owner has NO regard for her clients and especially their time. As a āmake upā for one appointment that she forgot about she offered two āupgraded facialsā which she refers to as a VIP facial. During this āVIPā facial she was training another employee and had the employee PRACTICING ON MY FACE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The owner didnāt even have the common decency to ask if I would be okay with her training someone during my session. What was supposed to be a relaxing āspa likeā experience ended up being an unpleasant training class. Then, the day before my next and LAST appointment, the owner cancels with reasons of having a new job and office being under construction which are all reasons that SHOULD have and COULD have been communicated long before the day BEFORE my appointment.
When cancelling my last appointment the owner offered a credit for services that I PAID FOR. I politely asked for a refund instead and thatās where the fight to get my money back started. š The ownerās response was ā Iām not gonna give cash for cash not received but I can definite give product creditā¦ā
Days later, I sent a follow up text asking about the status of my refund. More days go by then I get an email that the owner sent to her billing rep which stated āApparently, a client named S. Thomas reached out to obtain a refund. We need to review charges and visits. I asked for an itemization of all charges made. Please share with me soon as possible as she is pressing us..ā š The rep responded back with a report of the thousands of dollars Iāve spent over the year, which also showed the facial I paid for that the owner initially refused to refund. The owner then decided to refund me for a facial I had over a year ago (from Dec 2023) rather than for the cancelled appointment I most recently paid for.
You might be asking yourself why would she refund a facial from over a year ago when she can just refund the facial that she cancelled . Well my friend, she didnāt want to refund ALL OF MY MONEY. The facial that she refunded was $164.66 (first time facial promo was used) and Iāve been paying $189.00 ever since, including for the appointment she cancelled. The owner still found a way to GET OVER ON ME and not provide a FULL refund. The owner was extremely disrespectful and tried to gaslight me during the process of me trying to get MY money back (see attachments) which has left an unrecoverable distain.
If youāre fine with your time and money being completely disregarded and disrespected then I highly recommend this business. Otherwise, find another business that will value you, your time, and takes pride in their clients...

I come for facials. I am a facial snob - not by choice unfortunately as my rebellious hormonal acne requires it (ugh). The skin consultation is the most comprehensive Iāve ever experienced with a very cool and Iām sure very expensive skin scan machine. The skin care offerings are both high tech AND holistic. (Iāve been there done that and my skin hated me for it.) I came to Abraza after a terrible chemical peel that left me 3 shades darker, dry, and broken out terribly! After my first visit I felt great and decided to begin using the products because the formulations were so impressive. Iāve had 3 visits now (2 hydrafacials and 1 glow) and am so happy with the turnaround!!!!
Iād consider it a true med-spa/clinical skin and body wellness studio. You donāt really get a spa zen-experience here with soft lighting and candles and yogi music (lol). BUT it is VERY relaxing vibe, great location, extremely clean, inviting, and I leave feeling like a million bucks!!! If youāre looking for real treatment, not just a simple typical facial, try them out.
My favorite things are: (1) the expansive wisdom from experience of this team. Every single thing is explained, so you feel empowered. (2) The products are sooooo good! I rarely buy spa products but Abraza has its own line and I threw away 80% of my old stuff. The cleaners, toner, and serums have made a noticeable difference in my skin. (3) You get great bang for your buck with so many extras included (ie, lymphatic massage, masks, deep extractions) that other spas charge extra for. (4) They are always on time! And I like how appointments are spaced so its not crowded.
I truly love my visits and look forward to the results of ongoing...

About the experience: Dr. Natasha Welch is very personable, caring, and knowledgeable. She uses all of her different skills and her experience to find a solution to a skin problem. She makes the process fun/engaging. I think it may be worth noting having had the opportunity to briefly see that her solutions have improved the lives of cancer survivors.
Technicalities: Dr. Welch's solutions are medical grade with natural and mineral options ( ...picky about what I put on my skin...) You never get recommended treatments or products that you/your skin does not need. If you are feeling adventurous however, you will first understand what the treatment is comprised of, what it does, and how that will affect you/your skin before proceeding. Flexible package deals, with discounts and bonus add-ons. Abraza Skin Care Line: Currently using Vitamin C 20% serum - it really works.
