I recently visited this Bank of America location and had a very disappointing experience with one of the tellers, Annetta. I came in with a simple question regarding the value of rolls of coins quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies. Rather than assisting me with basic information or even pointing me in the right direction in a respectful way, Annetta responded with clear attitude and frustration, making me feel like a burden for simply asking a question.
She eventually told me to go to another teller, and when I tried to clarify my question again on my way over, she cut me off and said, āI donāt know, ask them,ā in a dismissive tone. Throughout the entire exchange, I remained polite and respectful, so her reaction felt completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
This experience did not reflect the level of customer service or professionalism I expect from Bank of America. Interactions like this make customers feel unwelcome and undervalued. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as no customer should be treated this way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan on returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDear Bank of America on Lee street. Your customer service is piss poor and it's sad because it's nothing but people of color that work there, and 99% of your clientele is people of color. But it doesn't stop there all Bank of America's in the metro area has piss poor customer service if the ladies there do not like their banking jobs, perhaps look into other professions such as morticians, garbage men, overnight stock crew, etc. Furthermore, all of the Bank of America's have more than enough revenue for a notary to be present, you all are using billions of people's dollars and have us traveling through hell and high waters to get a notary. Remember when black people said we would get together and put our money in the black banks? Don't think I was sleep, I just don't have time during the day to do so. However, due to lack of customer service and multiple horrible experiences with you, trust and believe I will be one of your first customers tomorrow withdrawing all of my money, and putting it back in the black community. Bank of America which is also known for stealing people's money, y'all have a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the worse experiences ever at this location! Terrance Downs and his manager exhibited some of the worst customer service I've experienced by Bank of America. They had me wait nearly 2 hours before telling me their system was down and they could not authenticate me. This was just the cherry on top of things as neither of them could explain why my accounts were frozen. This put me in a precarious situation as I had multiple financial obligations I had to fulfill. I'll be moving my money away from this bank as a result if all the frustration they've put me through during this time. It is both profane and perverse of a bank and its employees to treat a longtime customer (15+ years) like this. I'm unable to transfer, move, etc. $1 from my account which has over 75K in it. PROFANE AND...
