Browz N Beauty — Attraction in Atlanta

I found Alexis on Instagram, at first I was very happy I had found her because her work looks amazing. When I saw she would be in Dallas I quickly made a $100 deposit to book a spot for a session of ombré brows. I showed up before my appointment so I waited a while which I didn’t mind. Her assistant came out to have me fill out paperwork and numb my brows, she also collected the remaining balance that was $500. After my brows were numbing for a while, I was called in to the room. I showed her what I wanted the look I was trying to achieve. She drawed on my brows, I wasn’t satisfied with what she had done, so I said something about it. She was very aggravated and came at me aggressively saying that she will not redraw the shape that if I wanted to I could, and then she would finish the brows. I asked her for my $500 back and told her she could keep the deposit just cause it wasn’t the shape I was wanting, she than says “I do celebrity eyebrows”, “I am an eyebrow expert. She also said I couldn’t get my money back because someone else could have booked with her and that it was wasting her time. Than told me to go look at them in the restroom to get a better view and to see how good they looked. I did and they looked good it just wasn’t what I wanted. So I go back and since I couldn’t get my $500 back I went on and got the work she did on the first draw, I wasn’t allowed to have more options from her, she said she wouldn’t redraw them, getting my money back wasn’t an option she said I could reschedule or draw them myself so she could finish the work, she said this to me with a terrible attitude, at this point I regretted booking with her just to be mistreated and forced to get a shape I didn’t want. I also asked her if we can use a stencil on my face so I can check measurements to see if they were the same in both sides she said no that’s only for beginners, she didn’t need to use stencils because she claims she is an eyebrow expert. I’m very disappointed of how she was so mean and aggressive all I wanted was a different shape, she only drew them ONE TIME. I didn’t have an option it was what she gave me or lose my money$$. If you are looking for a better experience do not go to her because you might have to get what she wants not what you the customer desires. And since I am not an eyebrow expert I did not draw them myself. I’ve seen other reviews saying that her works fade as if nothing has happened and I’m hoping that mines fade too because wasn’t happy with none of it. Very unprofessional no manners or good customer service very sad really. I waited so long to have my eyebrows done by a professional and when I chose her I thought it was going to be a good thing but everyday I look in the mirror I see that I didn’t get I wanted, I feel very taken...

Let me first say that I never leave reviews; however I must do so in this case.. Unfortunately I suffered a bad experience in dealing with Alexis/Browz N Beauty. I had a great initial appointment and loved my brows immediately afterwards. The problem began with my scheduled and MUCH NEEDED touch up appointment with Alexis/Browz N Beauty. I arrived a few minutes early for the 8 am Saturday appointment but no one was there. In fact, no one ever showed! I called, left voice messages, texted and waited over an hour and still; no one showed or even responded to me. I reached out to her on IG also days later, after seeing her posting (bragging) and she again didn't respond (yet took the time to respond to others about her training classes). Even with all of this, I again reached out to her one final time hoping that she would make things right, but once AGAIN there was NO response. Needless to say, I'm pissed that I've wasted my time and money in dealing with Alexis/Browz N Beauty. Essentially, she took my money and didn't finish the service as needed/agreed. Her training classes and initial brow appointments seem to be her only priority now; not touch up services, as is now evident by her regular, self-indulged, boastful and tacky posts on IG. Alexis/Browz N Beauty shouldn't advise that a second/touch up service is needed IF she doesn't want to finish the job. Obviously customer service and her reputation no longer mean anything to her; otherwise she would have been professional and responded with some sort of explanation for the no show or try to right her wrong here. Thankfully, I've found another salon to finish the service Alexis/Browz N Beauty FAILED to do and have booked with them today (although it will now cost me more than initially planned). I just want to warn any other potential clients of Browz N Beauty what to expect if you book with her. You WILL have beautiful brows after your first service but will NOT have the completed/beautiful end results, as Alexis/Browz N Beauty will ignore you for your required touch up service. Another thing to note is that there are no disclosures or client agreements presented or signed, which was my FIRST red flag. Even some of the grimiest tattoo shops in Atlanta will at least have these documents, but you will NOT have this at Browz N Beauty. It's as if the appointment/service was never done; as there is no paper trail in the event she doesn't finish or botches the job. Do yourself a favor and book with a more professional, reputable and RESULTS DRIVEN salon/brow...

Alexis and her staff was really knowledgeable and great. Super super friendly, and the vibe was amazing. She gave lots of great tips for marketing and stuff, but the only thing I didn’t like is that LOTS of people didn’t get to even practice Microblading (including myself), that process was skipped for some of us. I understand it’s a lot of pressure and a lot to have in mind, but next time they do a class you all need to TRULY ORGANIZE, and really gave hour TIMING RIGHT. First day of my ATL class, the class was supposed to start at 12pm; and it started around like 3pm, first day we learned a lot. 2ND DAY HOWEVER, which was the model day was HORRIBLE TIMING. We were told to bring our model at 12pm and the class was going to start in time and to please be there in time to do so. NOPEEE the class started around like 2-3pm AGAIN. That’s when she brought some guests for marketing which was amazing. While half of the class was practicing on their model, the rest was learning lips Pigmentation and Microblading. When I finished with my model. I was expecting to be taught Microblading and Lips pigmentation, Alexis told me, go grab lunch we will have a 30mints break and we will restart to teach again, that was around 5:30PM. DUDEE, I waited until 8PM to be taught some basics of Lips pigmentation, and by the time we finished Lips it was around 9:30PM. I wasn’t even taught Microblading or nothing. I asked for it, and one of the workers said it would be starting in 30mints. I KNEW THAT WASNT TRUE. So since I drove from my house 2hr 30mints to this course I LEFT. Because it was 10Pm and I was there. by the time they taught me microblading I was going to get home around 3-4am, and Atlanta traffic during night is A NO GO!!! Mustly because it was weekend and lots of drunk people in the highway. I WANT TO TAKE A COURSE AGAIN WITH ALEXIS BECAUSE SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE TALKING ABOUT BUTTTT NOT UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR TIMING. I wouldn’t mind spending 15hrs learning; but when my time and money is being wasted in hoursssw of just sitting there watching Netflix while they got their stuff together and decide...
