One Star â Extremely Disappointing Experience at the Atlanta Branch
I had an awful experience with the Atlanta branch of Summer Breeze Florist, which was especially disappointing since I had previously received excellent service from their Johns Creek branch.
I placed an order for a floral arrangement for my brotherâs engagement and called twice the same day to clarify that I would pick it up and to request a specific arrangement with additional white flowers. I was told to include the details in the instructions, and that the arrangement would be ready by 1:00 PM. I arrived at 1:40 PM, only to be told that the arrangement wasnât ready.
Instead of apologizing or offering to expedite the arrangement, one staff member was rude and dismissive, simply saying theyâd refund me and turning away mid-conversation. It was shocking behavior, especially considering the importance of the occasion.
Another staff member eventually offered to make the arrangement in 20 minutes, but the result was completely different from what I had selected. When I questioned it, she said, âYou wanted all whites,â which was not trueâI had written âadd more whitesâ in the instructions, not to replace the entire color scheme. To top it off, they included a mismatched âGood Luckâ card, and when I asked for a blank one, I was told they didnât have anyâeven though I know my sister-in-law got one the same day from the same location.
The entire staff was unprofessional, unkind, and completely lacking in customer service. No one apologized, no one acknowledged the mistake, and no one made any effort to make it right. They didnât even maintain eye contact when speaking to me.

I came to pick it up at 11am (my pickup time was 12) and they said it was not ready yet. I called several times before showing up a no one answered the phone but when I got to the desk the girl standing there was texting on her phone. I assumed ok they are making them super fresh since they werenât created yet and it was an hour before my pickup time. I left and ended up not coming back until 2:00.
Why are the roses brown and wilted? Please look at the photos Iâm posting. I took these as soon as I walked to my car from their booth. I was in too much of a rush to talk to them about it but I was so disappointed and disheartened.    Read moreI ordered a floral arrangement to celebrate a dear friend and very impressed with the outcome. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! They were kind enough to make some customizations in flowers based on my preference (and availability), the overall design turned out amazing! My only hesitation is that some of the flowers wilted pretty quickly (like the day after picking up) which could just be a reflection of the delicate flowers, my own fault for transporting or the result of the flowers being at their peak bloom on the day of pick up. None that I would ding the florist for bc they were gorgeous, maybe just a general awareness that if you want a bouquet that will last a while, be mindful of the flower...
