AS YOU CAN SEE FOR THE SUIT YOU BUY IT SPECIFIES BRAND AND PRICE AND THEN FOR THE FREE ONE IT ONLY SPECIFIES THE BRAND WHICH MAKES YOU THINK THAT AS LONG AS IT’S ONE OF THOSE BRANDS AND FROM EQUAL OR LESS VALUE THEN IT QUALIFIES FOR IT TO BE FREE, BUT THAT’S NOT TRUE ! IT HAS TO BE EQUAL OR LESS BUT FROM THE PRICES THAT ARE ABOVE WHICH ARE 219 AND ABOVE!

Initially we took to the register a suit that was $219 and the other one that was one of the brands mentioned but it was $149 so according to the advertisement we would only pay $219 but they charged us both so then we asked and they said they both had to be $219 and we thought that was not what the advertisement said so we went back to look for another one and then another employee explained us the free also needed to be . Reg. $219.99, Vested Reg. $239.99, Big & Tall Reg. $239.99, Big & Tall Vested Reg. $259.99. Then we choice our suits accordingly. Also the first people that help us at the register had nasty attitudes that even tho we had more questions at first we didn’t ask anything any more! The employees that helped us at the end...

Mr. Darrel at store #10 (Ellsworth Industrial) is the guy to see when you shop K&G! First off he comes in to work sharp but besides that he creates a pleasant shopping experience. He will get you where you need to be and build your confidence for whatever event you planning on stepping out for be it formal down to casual. He breaks it down to a science, telling which colors, textures etc can bring your complete outfit to life and all exist harmoniously. You tell him what you are looking to accomplish and he goes into processing and analytics mode and boom before you know you're upgraded and ready to purchase and walk out with that head high and all new confidence. This is the type of service you write reviews about and brings guests back to shop. Kudos to Mr. Darrell! If his team doesn't already value him, they should. Sidenote: This is not from one experience this is a repeated occurrence. Even when I come in with no particular reason to shop and I see Mr. Darrell with a guest measuring and consulting. I know they are about to get that magic and are in good hands. And trust me he's in point because you will get compliments on your attire after he puts that English on it! 🗣Hem and Taper...If you...

This is not going to be a positive post. I have talked to the Reginal manager and I have spoken to K&G HQ management. I was treated very rudely at one of my visits to this location. All I asked for was an apology from the person who was rude to me. I never received it. Then I went back to get a pair of pants alternated, I was told that (I will not do what you ask me to do to your pants) She did not say I don't have the skills to do as you ask, no she said (She will not do as I ask to be done to my pants). They charge from $20+ bills to alter pants alone. I hope that one day the management of K&G will see fit to get both the gentleman and the lady who felt it is necessary to eather belittle me or turn down service to me because she does not want to work. Walmart sells some really nice suits off the rack and there are plenty of cleaners in the Baltimore area that are more then happy to accommodate my wishes and money, and there are many more clothing stores in the Baltimore City and county.
