Hello, I got my lashes done at the Fayetteville location for the first time on 02/20/24. I did not have a great experience at all. This is not my first time at your franchise however it’s my first time at the Fayetteville one.

It says walk ins are welcome so I came at 9am. It was closed. I waited 15 minutes, no one showed up. I had called and text.

I finally got a response around 9:30 and I was told one of the lash techs had an “emergency” so another one will be there at 10. I saw there was a 10:30 slot open and I went and booked it (before I got the response). I waited around at the pavilion and got there for my 10:30 appointment.

I booked volume, which is what I always get. I explained to your lash tech Carolyn that I wanted light volume, nothing crazy. We talked for a few before hand and I thought we had an understanding. While getting my lashes done it was the worse experience I ever had. It was very painful as she kept getting my bottom lashes stuck. She kept poking me and I told her that that was painful. She said my bottom lashes were long so that’s why. (Although that has never been an issue before and I wasn’t even getting bottom lashes done.) my eyes were super watery and I tried to continue and be nice about it.

When she was done and passed me the mirror I completely hated it. It was too full for my liking and she said she gave me basically the full mega volume which I was confused and I specified light volume, only one step higher than a hybrid. She said she has to learn her clients and I have to learn my lash techs. She said to give it two days and it should be fine.

Well I am still here and I hate it so badly. Not only is it just too full for my liking, I specified I only wanted short in my inner corners and longer on the ends (although I said I was okay with a few long ones throughout I said 10-15mm) however it just seems like I got the complete opposite. Also I do not like the application of it. It looks very sloppy, and the fanning of the lashes aren’t good at all. It doesn’t seem as if she did too much fanning at all and instead just packed it on.

As I am checking out, I still tipped because that’s just who I am and I appreciate the time spent but these are just horrible. She also said it’s best to book an appointment because they don’t really do walk ins. If no one books then they do not show up. Which to me is strange given that, you promote walk ins. Don’t promote walk ins if you’re not going to be there nor say you open at 9am, when no lash techs are going to be there.

I understand this is a new location but being that this is level ten franchise I am completely disappointed in the services given. This is not my first time at these franchises. I’ve been to all locations before Sandy Springs, Buckhead and Smyrna. Although in the past I have had a problem with lash retentions with some of your lash techs, I never had a problem with the way my lashes came out except this time at the Fayetteville location and this is my first time leaving a review. Again I am completely disappointed especially since I have an event to tend and I have to go with these hideous spider looking lashes that doesn’t even fit my eyes and has an horrible application. Also my lashes are so sore they are too heavy I assume. If you are considering the Fayetteville location please do not go. I’ve been trying to scrub these off since then. I am embarrassed to go...

Very incompetent staff.. it’s a Saturday girl said appointment only and I looked at the door and pointed Sunday only by appointment then she says oh we take walks-ins. Told her classic eyelashes that’s what I want. She stated 10-15mins wait said ok np and it takes 2hrs ok np again. Another employee comes out they going back-and-forth about what time the business closes which clearly says 6 PM on the door. Then they continues to ask me multiple times. Are you sure you want to get it done if I said the first time yes I will wait 10 to 15 minutes to go in the back to get my lashes done and that means yes so I believe that they do not want to do my lashes and it was only 12:25. So after them being unprofessional I walked out and left. At that moment I didn’t feel comfortable with whoever to do my lashes, I had a feeling it would be very rushed. I feel sorry for the owner who have those type of employees in there because guess what they don’t care, no type of customer service and no real knowledge of the services.
