Today me & my client Visit this establishment my Client had gotten a nail polish change on her nails and toes and I had a fill-in and after we got done with our nails, we went to pay, and a tip was added on my client credit card for my client Nails and toe service & my tip was given by cash, but the Nail Tech Ann didnāt know that there was a tip added with the credit card so as I gave her a tip, sheās gonna tell me that I needed to tip the other two workers that did my client nails and toe polish change that was the most rudest disrespectful act that my client and myself ever received from a Nail Tech. Who are you to tell me to give someone else a tip for a service that they did remind you the total pay for both of our service came out to be $135 Plus the tip from both of us My client gave them a $20 tip. And I gave Ann a $10 tip. We paid for our service tips are optional but not even that for you to get $10 off. You have to have 700 points. Do yāall give yāall clients discounts every time they come and get their nails and toes done no! so who are you to tell me I have to give Someone else a tip so with that being said the Nail Tech Ann would no longer get service from us with that type of disrespectful behavior, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. And management need to talk to her about that type...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time here and the experience from the moment i walked in was unsatisfying. I was confused on how to use their tablet to select my services and no help was given. I had to tell the lady to cut down my nail before she applied the tip. I then was told to walk and get my own polish when i specifically asked for Shellac; an item only the workers have access to i might add. when i walked over to their polish rack i overheard the man, must be the receptionist, speak in their language and she then found her self next to me, pressuring and rushing me to select a color, i ended up not liking at all. The length of my nails are uneven as well as not the length i asked for (three times). I felt like Julia did not want to do my nails and tried rushing doing them to get me out the door. as you look down the reviews, something i should have looked at before coming instead of going off the rating stars, most clients of theirs are caucasians and those seem to look nice neat and iām sure that were given great service. But as a woman of color, and not only myself; my friend as well also woman of color, weāre beyond disrespected, discriminated and overlooked at this place of business. i will never return here, even if it was the last nail salon standing. iām beyond disappointed with my nails, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I came to this establishment and sat down I had a nail tech come over to do my toes and a pedicure. She seemed to already have a little attitude prior but I didnāt say anything. Once she started on my toes she started to speak in her native language and I was able to pick up on a few words (i.e. ladyboy). I then critiqued the way she was doing my nails because she was making me bleed from cutting my cuticles wrong, then she made one of my toe nails wider and thinner with the acrylic and very uneven. I was very disappointed on the outcome of the nails. After that she proceeded to be funny and ask me what size shoe do I wear because I have very big feet for a woman. Then she gets her nasty foot and puts them on my feet and tries to compare foot sizes and she stated that she wears a size 5 and I must wear a size 14/15. I felt so disrespected and embarrassed/humiliated in front of all the customers and workers. This was my first time there and Iāll never return again. Also I had just got them done yesterday and they...
