I think the world of RH Atlanta! Particularly, I have worked very closely with Annat Maurya on several projects over the course of 4 years and he always goes above and beyond to assist me. I consider Annat a friend and my furniture confidant! He will never steer you in the wrong direction, is always transparent, and has a mixture of a mathematical and designer eye. He weds both of these skills together to give very practical advice on which pieces to choose, what fabrics to select, and how to configure based on your space. Annat and I work very collaboratively and always choose pieces that not only work in the space but also compliment each other very well. Annat lives and breathes RH and knows every single detail of every single item! Annat does not stop assisting once you place your order, he makes sure that you are satisfied throughout the entire process and sees projects through to the end. He provides exceptional and personal customer service that is rare to come by these days. I could go on and on about how much I respect and value Annat and his expertise! I have also had the privilege of working with Alla Pahamova recently and she is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and transparent as well. She is always a ray of sunshine when you walk into RH! I also want to mention Eric as well—there was one time I having company over and noticed a few bulbs went out; Eric went out of his way to get the bulbs ready within 20 minutes and have them at the front for me. I was on a business trip to Atlanta and had some downtime. I had just purchased a home in Florida and I needed to furnish it.

My experiences with RH in the past had been disappointing. They have beautiful furnishings and they are well made but I had experienced fulfillment issues. I had ordered items and waited many months to receive them or had orders cancelled after three of four months passed.

I walked into the RH in Atlanta and asked for the best person to furnish an entire house and to make certain I received the items that I ordered in a reasonable amount of time.

I was introduced to Eric Matthews and he is exceptional. He has a great eye and he handled every aspect of furnishing my new home. He kept every single promise he made and he even talked me out of some purchases. He watched my orders and kept track of everything. He followed up to arrange delivery and he coordinated all aspects of furnishing my home. Eric has changed my perception of RH. And, I now have a beautiful home in Florida.

I love RH and did my last house all online and turned out amazing but I wish I would have learnt about RH designers sooner! This time I went to the gallery with my wife to look at a few fabrics in person and Annat Maurya went above and beyond for 3 hours answering every question and left us with a wealth of knowledge and a great game plan for our new house. Feeling great we were put in contact with MUJTABA MAHMOOD and that is when I was blown away. He listened not just to our style and design but also to our budget and goals for the property.
