TL:DR even after you’ve purchased, they will not honor their online prices if a better deal comes along!

I had a very bad experience here. They had posted a pair of shoes online for a set price and I purchased them at the posted price (almost triple retail).

Later, when I checked my delivery status it turns out they had cancelled my order with no warning or anything and reposted the same shoe for 300$ more than the original purchase offer.

I called and spoke with the owner who blew me off saying that the shoe was worth more now and that they wouldn’t honor that original price

He then added if I had purchased the shoe in person then they might have honored it but were unwilling for an online order and then hung up.

There should NOT be a difference between prices and policies online vs. in-person. IF YOU DON’T INTEND TO HONOR YOUR PRICES THEN DON’T SELL...

Killer service all around! To begin, I messaged the store on IG before coming in and they responded extremely fast. First green flag!! I came in with 2 pairs of SBs out of my collection that I’m not crazy about and traded em out for a pair of grails! They worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for and knew their stuff! The store is set up extremely nice and prices are decent. I will definitely be back. Not reasonable as far as pricing , honestly over priced . Tried trading for cherry 12s for my deadstock reimagined 5s straight up. Told me that the value was lower then and i would have to pay extra for the 12s even after trading the 5s like (60-70 $ more)when everywhere else the 5s hold more value , to me it screams typical greedy resellers trying to make a quick dollar , you better off buying off of online after markets sales and bidding for a better price then getting ripped off...
