False advertising for The parking the picture say 11-60 mins you have to pay a rate I scanned my receipt in 9 mins only went to the ATM and still was forced to pay to get out and I had valet for witnesses because he tried to assist, but the guy Russ that work for the company said he couldn’t help me because he was assisting another customer next to me and I was Clearly here. spoke to Shannon that was suppose to be help and she couldn’t do anything. "To the Management for the building valet

I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking practices of your valets at One Buckhead Plaza. Unfortunately, your staff has been consistently parking cars in unauthorized spaces, including designated exit routes and areas reserved for other workers.

When I spoke to one of the workers, I did my best to hold back my frustration in the matter. They were not so kind to me and they were very aggressive in how they responded back to my concerns going forth to even cursing at me when I asked for their name.

This illegal parking not only creates inconvenience but also poses a potential safety risk. I hope that you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your valets are adhering to the designated parking policies and procedures.

This Plaza lacks proper guidance to Navigate there.

Once you reach the Street, it is very difficult to find this Building which has Entrance from the rear side of the Building. At least the Management should put up a Board informing about the Entrance in the rear side or at least place some Arrow Marks to guide the Visitors to the right Entrance.

Wish the Management takes notice of this review and do the needful for easy access of the Building where there are so many prominent Companies located inside...
