Westside Ironworks — Local services in Atlanta

Avoid this place. I am an out of town visitor traveling for business in Atlanta.

I parked my rental vehicle, stepped out of the car, walked away from the car, and read a sign in that exact same parking saying my car would be booted if I was parked in that lot. This process took less than 1 minute. I immediately went back to my car to move it where the attendant was already in the process of booting my car - note: the process had NOT been completed yet.

The attendant then called his manager who told him to finish the job - and then after speaking with his manager he finishes booting my car and says that once he finishes the job it's too late to do anything. This is not right - I was swindled.

I have been treated unfairly as I never even left the parking lot and immediately returned to the rental vehicle to move it once I saw that I could not park there. I would like a refund of the $75 I had to pay to...

Food/wine are solid but service has been pretty horrible my last few visits, bad enough where I don't think I'll be coming back.

At this location, I don't think the kitchen/staff are right sized for how many tables there are in the restaurant, which is probably the biggest contributing factor. Don't offer paella on your menu if you can't prepare it in under 1.5 hrs.

Assuming this was an outlier scenario, your staff should at the very least be trained to comp apps or drinks. Hell, even a Diet Coke...
