Where to even begin? The food took over an hour to arrive which the server never even bothered to apologize for - before OR after it arrived! The server dropped off the drinks, which were also not good, but also never came back to check on us. We were old friends catching up, so we tried to ignore the food taking so long, but the server did nothing to make it right. At one point, we saw a busser emptying the glasses into the plants, which completely solidified the 1-star of this place. To make matters worse, I received a bill in the mail for $85 for parking because apparently we didn't pay.....but pay WHERE?? There were no signs about paying that we saw anywhere. The last straw, after seeing the hookah crowd downstairs, the waist-trainer chicks, and the BBL's, was the bartenders with the dirty, unprofessional, and unkept look. It was over after that. The place just grossed me out. I remember visiting this place when it first opened last year. The front desk staff was so polished and professional. What in the world happened?? The front desk person we saw on our way out looked like she worked at the Red Roof Inn! This place is terrible, and it's...
Read moreI recently worked a three-day event at The Interlock, and while the venue itself was great, the parking situation left much to be desired. Our client had arranged and paid for our parking in advance, which required us to submit our license plate numbers on the first day. This should have ensured that all parking fees were covered.
However, a few weeks after the event, I received a notice in the mail stating I owed $30 for parking on one of the days. This was clearly an error, as the client had handled all parking logistics. One of my coworkers who received a similar notice was able to get their fee canceled without issue, yet my balance of $60 is still showing as unpaid.
This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on the management of parking operations at The Interlock. Errors happen, but the lack of consistency and difficulty resolving the issue is disappointing—especially when documentation and confirmation from the event organizers should have cleared things up quickly.
I hope the management team takes a closer look at their parking coordination and customer service to avoid situations like this...
Read moreWhile the location is convenient, the service, “no bueno”. It was 30 minutes from time of order to get a response from the sweet waitress, that the bartender had not made the order. She too never checked back on the ticket but was ready and eager to deliver the bill, with no services rendered. A customer came up as we prepared to exit(due to drinks never happening) indicating she and her guest had been waiting 30 minutes with no service. Time to go, clearly this is not a Sunday function……on to the next option. Once presented to members of leadership, it was offered to stay and drinks on them, but by that time my Sunday experience required different vibrations. They were pleasant and nice enough to extend an opportunity, but for those of us who don’t mind paying for exceptional service and food/cocktails, this experience was not “it”. It’s unfortunate, but I’ll never recommend the spot, first impressions are everything and service is everything….should never be...
