“ Terry “ is so unprofessional , worse person I have ever dealt with . She is withholding my insurance. When you try and leave her company she has this nasty attitude. Has a Very smart mouth. She makes me want to leave State Farm all together.! Everybody told me to leave her after the first time she disrespected me. She disrespected me twice and will not return any calls now that I am trying to leave her. Do not recommend!!! I left my agent because I never received my paperwork work . You had to come to my home because I never receive my paperwork from your office either . When you explained my mother life insurance you disrespected me they have it on recording. You are so unprofessional I’m going to make other report on you. You are the only person i choose to report you are a very mean person who act like they care until they try and leave you. The 1800 number even told me you are able to do more then them you JUST DID NOT WANT TO LET MY MOTHER LIFE INSURANCE GO. Now I will be going to corporate on you TODAY . After calling office all day yesterday getting VM, finally called DMV…. On hold for an hour but finally,… they thoroughly explained to me, for the situation I’m having, all was needed was a fax from agent showing proof that the car had insurance on a certain date(Which I HAD)previous owners had stopped paying “THEIR” insurance when they decide to sell causing registration to be suspended…(Their fine has nothing to do WITH ME, all DMV needed was proof from my agent showing “I” HAD IT ON THE CAR WITHIN a 30 day window….
