This was my go to quick and relaxing massage spot, have never had a bad masseuse. I booked a 50 minute massage on a Friday evening and upon arrival, the receptionist let me know they were doing complimentary 80 minute massages for customers who booked 50 minutes on weekdays. I said “wow, I can switch to 80 minutes for free?” She said yes and I accepted. Had a great massage.
I heard the receptionist on the phone using my full name before I came into the lobby. She asked me to leave a tip via tippy and let me know she’d be just a moment while she figured out how to apply to promo code for my massage. I then awkwardly stood there while her manager argued with her over the phone and clearly let her know the promotion wouldn’t be honored. She calmly spoke to her manager and explained the situation, and it never seemed they came to resolution. Finally they hung up and the receptionist let me know the code wouldn’t work but that I would still only be charged for the 50 minute massage that I booked. I said great, thank you, and went on my way!
The next day I receive a call on my cell from the supervisor who is immediately condescending. She says she is calling to let me know she will only charge me for the 50 minute appointment I booked. I said yes, I was under the impression that was the case and I have a hold for the charge on my credit card dated yesterday. She says no they haven’t issued any charge yet and explains that the promotion they offered me is only valid Monday through Thursday and they should charge me for the 80 minutes. I reiterated I never booked 80 minutes, was offered additional minutes for free upon check in, and wasn’t sure why she was calling me.
She interrupted me until she did finally let me speak to explain I saw the charge and just said “are you done?” “You’re going to let me talk now” and continued to drone on about issues that should have remained internal. I have never been spoken to this way as a happy, paying customer. I said this is a shame because I love this place and I won’t be coming back after a phone call that seemed completely unnecessary and like it would never end. I feel so badly for the poor receptionist who offered me the upgrade. This was the complete opposite of customer service.

Read moreThe front desk service I received at 9:55am today was terrible. I came in because the website said there were availabilities at 10 and 10:30. The receptionist said there were not, and I should have called. But I have called before 10am before and I always receive a machine saying they are closed. I then told her I’m a member and I would book online but my login doesn’t work. She said that’s a problem for many members. I asked her for help fixing it and she said she didn’t know how to (crickets). Then I asked her if there was a number or something I could call, and she said she has no idea (crickets). She then told me I can call in advance to book, and I told her my schedule doesn’t allow me to book in advance which is why I need the app. I get a blank face in return. I followed up and said, so what am I supposed to do? She said I could maybe call headquarters, and maybe they will do something (crickets). No offer to provide a number or support in any way.
Because of her dismissiveness and blank stares, I told her that I would need to cancel because there is no way for me to book. She said okay (crickets). I asked how do I do that, and finally she was helpful in getting me that email and telling me I would have to pay an additional 30 days despite the fact I CANNOT BOOK MASSAGES because I cannot book online. Honestly, I’m not commonly a complainer because I know everyone has their own battles but this was the lowest level of service at a place I actually enjoyed.

Read moreI booked a pregnancy massage for my girlfriend for an appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM. She woke up the morning of the appointment feeling nauseous so i called to reschedule. I was pretty much told i paid for the time slot and not the actual service since services was not rendered. You would think offering services to pregnant women, there would be some sort of accommodation in case of an emergency. After a month of trying to resolve this issue, numerous trips to the location, numerous calls to speak with the manager regarding a rescheduled date, the manager never reached out to me. My final visit to the location i was pretty much told by the representative i couldn’t get a reschedule, i couldn’t get a refund, i couldn’t get a credit towards another booking. Only thing i could do was RE book another appointment. I essentially donated $120. Poor management, poor customer service, and overall a complete disappointment. Anybody looking to book here i hope you read my review. Even if you are on your death bed, you MUST make the appointment or your money is gone.
