First time at the Punchline to see Dan Cummins. Upon walking up we thought that this was going to be a cool place because it's an old 50 like style diner with half converted into a comedy club. Got there early as it recommended to on the ticket and we figured it would be busy. Waited quite a while and didn't get let in until 15 minutes after the show was supposed to start and the lady who did so had a huge attitude and couldn't find our names at first. Were seated in the very back where it was so tight every time staff or people walked by I was smacked or ran into. Intimate, more like packed in like sardines. The show went on without any issues and all was well until the bill came. For just four drinks and a bottle of water the bill was $70. Way over priced for very low quality drinks. No prices listed and dinner drinks are normally more but wow. Last before leaving the bathroom situation was atrocious. No paper towels. Pee all over toilets and the floors just plain gross and unkept. If they would take the money they make on overcharging they could do some simple updates to the room and it could be a little nicer. Over all not a great experience except for the show itself. Won't ever come back to this location to see anyone in the future. Just...

We have been coming here for years. It's an older building, but has that great older 'vibe' to it. Be aware that the tables are very close to one another. And do know that if you choose a table near the stage, you will almost certainly be 'picked on' by the performers. There seems to be ample parking in the public parking areas around the punchline and the other shops, so don't fall for the trap of the guys on the other side of the road trying to lure you in to 'their' parking lot, and charging $5.00. Just drive to the back of the buildings near the Punchline and you can usually find free valid parking spaces back there. The toughest time to find a parking spot is when one show has just ended and another is about to begin. Otherwise, there is certainly enough free parking to accommodate everyone for each show. Also, my husband and I enjoy eating at the Fanoos restaurant, which is located in the parking lot across the street from The Punchline. That way we can enjoy a glass (or two!) of wine with dinner, and then just walk across the parking lot and across the street to the Punchline. You aren't required to pay the $5.00 to park there if you have patronized one of the...

First time visiting this venue. We saw Jermaine Funnymain Johnson and it was a great show. The service was really good (thank you Alberto) and the food we ordered was good. The only complaint that I would have is the fact that we attended a sold out show and it was packed. We happen to have been seated behind some very tall individuals and The viewing angle was not the best. with that being said you don't normally go to a place like this to see a perfect show. You go to see up and come and comics and that's what we did and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Saw a show here the night before departing for our Honeymoon. Comedy gets a 5, the food gets a 3, drinks a 3. I had the shrimp salad sandwich which was just ok and my now wife had the chicken wings which she said were ok, neither nothing to write home about. Maybe next time we see a show, we will try another dish and give it another review. Bloody mary was basically V8 with half a shot of vodka, no kick, spice, or much alcohol to be worth what they charged. Switched to bottled beer after. Server was a 5/5, he worked entire room solo.

This place was awesome!!! We came for our 24th anniversary tonight and arrived early to eat at the diner. The food was spot on! From my husband's well done bacon cheese burger to my shrimp and grits, everything was cooked to perfection!! The staff was super friendly and kept our drinks nice and full, and the place was just like a diner straight out of the 50's! After our dinner we went to the show next door and omg I was in tears!!! If you have never been I recommend adding this place to your bucket list! You won't regret it!!!!!
