If I could leave zero stars I would. I bit into a pigs fully developed aorta 🫀. I took the piece which was well over two inches in to the buckhead location. Was told I would hear from management, I had one call, told them I wanted to close my account and be refunded (had been a loyal customer for a very long time). Ended up with zero communication, zero compensation. Steer clear from this company 🤢🤮

I was loyal for a long time, which I’m sure on your end you can see that ☺️. I was very adamant in our first call that I wanted a full refund from my subscription (which to a company should not be any problem, considering I was saying I would blast my experience online and here we are). I was TRAUMATIZED from this experience. I do not eat pork now SIMPLY because of this companies mishap. Your distribution center is below par, hence the pork aorta. Maybe next time instead of trying to sweep it under the rug and hoping i would forget and move on, you take the right steps in making the customer satisfied after an experience like I had. I verbatim told your management I was profusely throwing up after the incident, how about you, yourself (speaking to the higher ups) voluntarily bite into what I bit into and then we can discuss me changing my review.
