My experience was horrible at this location! I moved in during the spring and thought the pool will be open during the summer, but it wasn’t because from what the leasing office says is that they’re waiting to get it inspected. Come to find out from other tenants who’s been there awhile all have said it’s never open because they don’t want to hire a lifeguard and just uses that excuse while other places have got their pools open for their tenants. I have also had to deal with electrical issues inside the apartment not being resolved promptly and efficiently, my mailbox being broken into then told there’s no surveillance footage or security patrolling the area, and the last straw for me was shootings on the premises due to the company’s property negligence having a broken entrance gate that affected my apartment. Thank God that my family and I were out of town, but what we came back to was horrific with bullet holes scattered throughout the apartment. The leasing office had no protocol for incidents like this, so I was told that my family including my newborn was to remain in the apartment in terrible condition until they hear back from upper management. I asked to be moved temporarily to another apartment, but the leasing office told me they’re not allowed to move me and their maintenance team came the next day just covering and painting over the bullet holes not even replacing the damage. The incident happened mid August and I moved out mid September, so they said they are still charging me the last month and if I don’t pay they’ll send it to collections and that’ll hurt my credit. Now I’m in a legal battle because the company lacks empathy, security, and is just greedy for money. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT think about living nor visiting this place, there’s so many better and secure places in the state! SEE IMAGES ATTACHED!

I love these apartments, the leasing staff, my apartment layout, and their convenient location to everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️ My husband and I leased a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a roommate-style layout which features a private balcony. The community amenities are fantastic, including a gym, tennis courts, car wash, pool, splash pad, dog park, playground, park with grill, and a gated entrance for added security. The pricing was competitive, and they provided a great move-in special just a couple weeks ago when we moved in. Our leasing agent, Mr. Gorge Webb, was phenomenal - a very professional young man. He had a fun trivia game set up, and my husband won a $25 Visa gift card, which was a nice touch. Mr. Webb was courteous, honest, and patient throughout the process. He even went above and beyond by supporting us at our local church for my husband's birthday. I'm truly grateful for his kindness and professionalism. This hidden gem is walking distance to Greenbriar Mall, Planet Fitness, Kroger, MARTA bus line and offering short distance to the airport, I-285, and I-75/I-85, and Camp Creek Marketplace. There is plenty of banks, shopping, restaurants and even the tag office nearby. While I highly recommend these apartments I disliked the expensive industry-standard $200 administrative fee and $78 application fee. If approved, these fees are non-refundable; however, if denied, the administrative fee is refunded, though it can take up to 6 weeks. Overall , I'm ecstatic about choosing this as our new home and highly recommend it to others. ✨✨✨

**PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE – YOU WILL REGRET IT!** Living at Village on the Green Apartments has been a nightmare. The crime rate is out of control. There are shootings nearly every week, constant arguments among residents, and an overall unsafe environment. I once walked through a nearby alley and saw a man casually carrying what looked like a machine gun. Break-ins happen far too often, and safety is clearly not a priority here. The leasing office is equally disappointing. The only competent and helpful person they had, George Webb, is no longer there—and ever since he left, nothing gets done. We had a concern and my husband followed up multiple times, only to be told rudely, "You keep coming in here." That’s not how you treat residents who are trying to resolve serious issues. It gets worse. On 6/13/2025 at approximately 4:00pm, a maintenance worker *shot* a tenant. On 6/12/2025 at approximately 11:30pm, a man fleeing from the police ran straight into my apartment. This kind of chaos should never be part of anyone’s living experience. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is dangerous and unprofessional. If you move here, you’ll regret it.

My experience at this place wasn't all bad, but it wasn't all good neither! I've been a resident at this place for 2 years (May 2021). 1. Lets start off with being AWARE of Ms. Janet. She is such a sour patch. First she's sweet, then she's sour! Just RUDE! Dont let that fake smile and hospitality fool you. Since ive been living there, there has been multiple of different property managers almost every time you come into the office. There's always a new face. I cant keep up with who is who at this point. They NEVER answer the phone! My first year staying there, i had issues with 2 tenants that were in my building all over a handicap parking space. THAT I HAD A STICKER FOR! They were writing all kinds of nasty/ mean notes and would put them on my car windshield. I address the leasing office about it (specifically janet) so that they could be aware and there was nothing done about the situation.

Let's talk about the RENT INCREASE & EXTRA FEES! RIDICULOUS!!!!! I initially moved into these apartments because they were affordable at the time. After renewing my lease twice, the rent increased dramatically! Not to mention, the washer & dryer is NOT included in the rent. Every month it's a major difference in my balance due. I also had an issue with them charging a $200 trash bag fee for sitting outside my door. For my first "offense", without any warning is CRAZY to me! That was my last straw with these apartments. I knew then, I needed to leave!

3.The pool was never opened! 4.Maintenance took their time getting things fixed. Dumpster stayed overflowed (got a little better over time) If you stay on the first floor, prepare for all kinds of creatures. (They could do better with pest control since its included in the rent anyway)

The Good Overall the apartment itself, was nice. Spacious living room, dining and bedroom. 3.**BONUS my unit came with an office desk area. Close proximity to Hartsfield-jackson airport

To each its own, i just want bring awareness to this "luxury"...

This apartment and the property management staff have communication issues. On (12.17) I called to confirm a tor there was booked for (12.18) at 12:00pm. I was confirmed by a young lady in which I don't know her name till this day and I had driven 40+ minutes from Alpharetta All because they had a 2 Bedroom with a garage attached. I took time out of my very busy day and move things around in my calendar just so I can make sure I could be there on time. My brother was also coming from Decatur Georgia to come look at this apartment as well. When we got there we realized there was a note on the door that said that "the office will be closed today (12.18) due to a staff and management event". Is this a Christmas Party? What made me mad about the entire situation was, I asked the property manager on the phone " What would be the earliest time that you had open to view a 2 bedroom apartment for tomorrow (12.18)" she replied "I have 12pm open tomorrow (12.18) for you". I confirmed that time with them as I looked at my schedule. She took down my information and confirmed me for tomorrow (12.18). Im very sure There was a calendar in front of her at the time of booking that were left her know that they will be out of the office the entire day of (12.18). They never called me back to say Hey we will not be in tomorrow can we schedule for another day or anything. I cant trust an apartment complex that doesn't know how to communicate with people even when it comes down to the littlest thing. What happens if i have a major maintenance issue in my apartment that need to be fixed within 24hrs and the property management staff forgets to put the work order in or forgets to tell the maintenance crew? I was wondering why they had so many open apartment available. As of now i can definitely see. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE...
