904 Connect is a lifesaver! I had a serious issue with my Gaming pc randomly shutting off after a windows update, it started overheating and it progressively got worse and i couldn't do anything. I gave one Phone call to 904 Connect and spoke with a Gentleman name Dominick. Told him my issues and brought my rigg in same day. After diagnosis and testing he realized we had a few issues going on. Dominick was very vocal and had great communication giving me calls throughout the whole time my computer was in repair (troubleshooting what's broken, needed to be done etc...) until it was finally ready. If I had questions he would always give me an answer, and professional advice. My Cpu burned out, my fans were shot and had to be replaced. He also replaced my mother board for safe keeps. 904 Connect is my go-to tech support. They have replaced two computer screens and one iPad screen, flawlessly. They took everything off my old computers (5 of them) onto a hard drive, put it on an external drive and destroyed all my old computers for me. It was great to see the pictures from a long time ago. He solved software problems on both my computer and my husband's multiple times (thank you Windows update). In other words, I have complete faith in 904 Connect. I brought my phone in last week to have the glass fixed and within hours it was fixed. Then it shattered again four days later 🤪 the joy of having a six year old. Dominic was just as speedy the first time as he was the second time. And also didn't make fun of me lol

Not only that about a year ago I had brought a broken laptop or watch or something... notice a trend? And told him about some recent trouble I had on a vacation. Unfortunately that device was unfixable but he was honest and helpful and explained the value of the device was less than the repair would cost.
