Blackhat Vapor Shop — Attraction in Atlantic Beach

I was in Jacksonville visiting. I had a problem with my current Vape. I was referred to Black Hat by a local smoke shop in Jacksonville. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, patient and friendly. They repaired my device and I was on your way. Some of our friends were interested in a Vape device and we went back a couple of days later and purchased two complete devices from them. I traveled back to Vegas and a week later I started having issues with my Kbox Mini. After calling and discussing the issue, Andrew asked if I would be willing to ship the Kbox back, I replied yes. He said he would take care of the problem and compensate me for the trouble. I mentioned that that wasn't necessary but...... he DID and then some. The team at Black Hat are AMAZING! Andrew went out of his way to ensure I as a customer was satisfied. I can't say enough about the kindness and experience I had. They could have easily sent me on my way or even told me to go to the manufacturer, but they didn't. I sent the device to them, they called when it arrived and the same day shipped a NEW replacement with extras! I only WISH I could find that kind of customer service here in Las Vegas.

These guys are vapor enthusiasts! Their friendly, helpful attitudes really set this shop apart from others. The employees will patiently help you find a flavor that you like and tailor your nicotine level to your needs. They will also custom mix flavor combos at no additional cost.

When I have broken my equipment, I've brought it into the shop and the guys/girls are often able to repair it (or identify whatever I've done wrong) and have me on my way with a functional device. They don't charge anything for repairs and are happy to fix your equipment even if you did not purchase it from them. The employees never try to up-sell you or tell you to get things that you don't need. They are all about quality, not quantity.

Also, their juice and equipment prices are insanely inexpensive compared to other places I've been. I purchased a 10ml bottle of juice at another shop for $12.00 and got the EXACT same flavor (if not better!) in a 30ml bottle (!!!) for the same price at Blackhat.

They have something to offer for everyone...whether you're new to vaping or an advanced vaper who builds mods. I really can't say enough good things...

The team at Blackhat is awesome--every location. I researched via online, and I was really drawn in by their dedication to help people stop smoking. I had a really great, informative conversation that went over an hour and a half (Edgewood). During that time, I saw the guys give exemplary customer service to everyone that walked in. I purchased my vape from their Atlantic Beach location, and, again, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I have not had a bad experience with them, and they've become the only vaping store that shop.

If I had to give one criticism... They offer an amazing rewards program for their customers. Unfortunately, the seem to ALWAYS be out of membership cards for me to take advantage of this. They told me to save my receipts, and they could add them later. I have like 6-7 receipts saved for...
