If I could leave a zero, I would! The lady at the register LIED to me saying the if I did not give my email address, I would not be able to return anything. I asked about returning my purchase WITH the original receipt. She said no. If you do not give us your email address, you cannot return anything. Then, she pointed to the policy on the counter and said it's clearly right there. I told her we were just at the Rally House on Baldwin and they didn't say anything like that. My husband told me to just give her my email address. I gave it and then while he was finishing our purchase, I read the very first line that clearly states you only need the original receipt! After I read it out loud to her she said nothing. There was also a man at the counter, who was the one that was checking us out. He just said "I don't know, that's what they tell us." So, what kickbacks do they get for getting our email addresses? Do they sell them, or do the employees earn more hours like other place? They have definitely lost my business for sure. Don't lie to...
Read moreI went into Rally House with the intention of spending money and I had trouble sorting through the loads of shirts that were crammed onto racks. Then when I asked for sizing the girl behind the counter was kind and ready to help but none of the many workers were interested in helping us actually find any of the shirts we were looking for in the store. Really disappointed in the service and the organization of the store - especially as someone who’s worked retail their whole career I understand the stressors that come with the job but the whole Rally House team was just chatting - the store wasn’t busy and they certainly didn’t give the impression that they had much else to do. If it had been much closer to closing time or they were understaffed it would be different, especially because I really hate leaving bad reviews but I was so frustrated with the experience that I couldn’t help but explain the trouble I had to hopefully influence a better experience for the...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. I manage a major retailer and I understand how optaining popular items can be a struggle at times. However, if a customer places an order, calls to confirm, is told the order is ready, then the customer arrives to realize that the size is incorrect and the correct item is no longer available? This is not how to conduct business in this day and age of having multiple options for purchase. I had plenty of time to use another retailer, such as Lids or New Era, however I like to spend my money more locally. Maybe I won't be making this mistake again. Rally House, you failed to convince me to...
