Switched over to ATT from t-mobile in September. Worked with TYLER on this transaction. He sold us new phones and told us we would get $1000 for each phone we traded. 5 months into contract and not receiving credit for phones we traded in and being charged for new phones for next 36 months. Stopped into the store to figure out what was going on and TYLER informed me that the plan he sold us we would not get credit for our phones. So I questioned him that we basically gave you our old phones for no credit..his response was a shoulder shrug. He then admits it was his mistake and I tell him to make it right, hIS response is a blank look. He tells me to call customer service, I tell him to call them, he says they won’t talk to me. Being frustrated with this gentleman I say to him you are a very shady person, you sold us new phones knowing we wouldn’t get credit and now I’m stuck paying $1200 for each phone and gave our old phones up for nothing, again he shrugs his shoulders. I leave the store very frustrated. I called Customer service when I got home and explained this transaction and they are going to make this right which I was pleased to hear. Love our service with ATT and glad we switched. On the other hand I will not do business in this store again. If you plan on doing business there do yourself a favor and do not work with TYLER this gentleman not only lied to us but also has no conscience with screwing people...

I decided to give it a try for 14 days free. Kirsten told me it cost me 19.95 up front and that I would not be billed anything till after the 14 days. They billed and took out of my account the 19.95 I was told PLUS another 39.95 for the package and another 120.00 for insurance that I didnt steal the box . Read moreI’m a brand new AT&T customer and went into the store on 10/18 for help setting up my new iPhone. The manager was rude, dismissive, and actually said, “AT&T doesn’t pay me to sit with people for an hour to help them.” Seriously — what does AT&T pay you to do then?
He even complained to my wife and me about our five-year-old simply being a five-year-old. Completely unprofessional.
In the end, ChatGPT helped me set up my phone better than the store manager did. AT&T, you need to retrain your people — your “leaders” are failing your customers and your brand.
