Update: against my better judgement i went back to this location to satosfy my wifes cravings. Overall a better experience u til i witnessed a team member brishing food that didnt make it into my bourito. Ack into the service bins... just lettuce and cheese that was on the counter put back into the trays to serve to customers. That food was on their counter tops, unsanitary and pote tially contsminated. Poor training and worse management. Dept of health needs to do something...
Initian review: So I was so excited to come to this Chipotle. Because it's half the distance from where I lived at Fort Wayne. However, I could not have been more disappointed. Chipotle's food is dry. All of their food baskets were empty. The wait time was ridiculous. The staff barked at each other and at the end of the day. They fought me on a refund. Then only wanted to refund the 2 bowls. They refused to refund for 2 bags of chips and approximately $8 in delivery fees. What am I going to do with plain chips? Literally turning down the for sure sale and offering no compensation or apologizing. I have never experienced anywhere such rude customer service as to literally tell a paying customer standing in front of them that they can't have certain ingredients because someone else might order them. Just wow. I like the healthier options they offer but on the cheapest of ingredients they put literally one scoop of rice in a bowl....my money is better spent elsewhere if a food service can't be bothered to let me have more than .25c of rice when apparently I can't even have so many other ingredients because I am not a drive up order.
