Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Auburn

Update: against my better judgement i went back to this location to satosfy my wifes cravings. Overall a better experience u til i witnessed a team member brishing food that didnt make it into my bourito. Ack into the service bins... just lettuce and cheese that was on the counter put back into the trays to serve to customers. That food was on their counter tops, unsanitary and pote tially contsminated. Poor training and worse management. Dept of health needs to do something...

Initian review: So I was so excited to come to this Chipotle. Because it's half the distance from where I lived at Fort Wayne. However, I could not have been more disappointed. Chipotle's food is dry. All of their food baskets were empty. The wait time was ridiculous. The staff barked at each other and at the end of the day. They portion controlled so strictly My burrito was about the size of a baseball. I could see why tiktok is blowing up against them .

I'm going to continue driving all the way to fort wayne, Twice the distance I need to. Because they're burritos are both cheaper and you get almost twice the protein... I could not have been more disappointed. Forty eight dollars 42 burritos and two...

So we ordered $38 woth of food. We had it delivered. We opened the bag. It was someone else's food. I Tried to call the Auburn store and it transferred me to customer service. They fought me on a refund. Then only wanted to refund the 2 bowls. They refused to refund for 2 bags of chips and approximately $8 in delivery fees. What am I going to do with plain chips? And no food to eat. I couldn't wait for them to open. Because I love their food. But, this is crazy. Day 2 of being open. NOT a good start Chipotle!! Update, I went into the store. To address the issues. Apparently they caught the problem after the driver left. So they remade it. It sat on the shelf for 1 1/2 hrs. Got home opened it. Again order was wrong. Ice cold. Stuffed with rice but barley any other topings. I made several attempts to call them. With no answer. Today tried to call again. Now it won't even let me speak to anyone. Whenever we go into make an order and pick out ingredients or extra charge items like guacamole we are told no because extras like steak instead of chicken or guacamole at all is saved for drive up orders only. Literally turning down the for sure sale and offering no compensation or apologizing. I have never experienced anywhere such rude customer service as to literally tell a paying customer standing in front of them that they can't have certain ingredients because someone else might order them. Just wow. I like the healthier options they offer but on the cheapest of ingredients they put literally one scoop of rice in a bowl....my money is better spent elsewhere if a food service can't be bothered to let me have more than .25c of rice when apparently I can't even have so many other ingredients because I am not a drive up order. They don't care. Be warned just go get ingredients at the store where the immediate...
