Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Auburn

My whole family each ordered the new “Melts” that just come out. Firstly, the melts are extremely crispy, if you don’t like crisp these are not for you. Secondly, we tried to customize the melts for 3 family members. The manger said they don’t customize them, “it just gets crazy”. My husband wanted the meat lovers melt, he wanted no bacon. He can’t eat bacon at all. My daughter wanted just a just a cheese melt. In which they don’t carry at all. Nope, she had to get a pepperoni one & remove the pepperoni to only have cheese. Well once the pepperoni was removed there was no cheese left. Her’s went straight into the trash. I ordered the meat lovers melt, asking to remove the Italian sausage, subbing more pepperoni. Again no. Another thing, the bacon on the meat lovers melt is absolutely horrible. It’s so grissley and chewy. The bacon is absolutely disgusting. We will NOT order these again. 3 of out 6 went straight to the trash can. The salad bar is so TALL, you can’t reach the back of the bar at all. I’m 5’ 5” & bruised my ribs even trying. Last time I visit this location, Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, taste the same at every location…. This location CAN’T seem to get it together! Every time I place a delivery order they tell me I’m not in the delivery area. So I have to explain to them EVERY TIME that I am in there area and they always deliver to me when I explain this to them EVERY TIME….. Today I place a carry out out order to pickup. When I arrive at location its still under construction, no biggy! However only one side of parking lot is open on opposite side of main entrance. You think they would temporarily open the door on the side of building the parking lot is open but NO you have to walk to the other side. Today I ordered 6 pizza’s , when I got there they only had 5 on my bill. Ok I’ll pay for the 6th one just get it to me now… nope 15 minute wait! This restaurant is definitely taking advantage of the COVID restrictions . I ordered a large entree salad becss as use u can’t get salad bar and they charged me more than a salad bar with pizzas would be and then tried to charge me 1$ extra for each topping I wanted plenty of which I was only getting 3 on the salad to begin with and tried to charge me 1$ for the stated free meat on the list and when I got the salad home it was tiny and a complete waste of 10$ the shift manager on duty was very rude and attitudish when I questioned her on price I think if they’re going to sell salads they prepare for you they should be willing to make it like you would if you were at salad bar. I would definitely urge people to avoid ordering...
