Taco Bell — Restaurant in Auburn

This store was horribly dirty.. The assembly area was extremely filthy with food caked on all serfaces.. It was apparently not being wiped down when spills occurred . The floor was covered in food, and food wrappers, causing dangerous slip hazards. The employee taking orders did ring my food correctly however the assembly employees obviously didn't take time to read the order instructions. I ordered a burrito Supreme with no onions, but I watched them put onions on it, catch that they did, but handed it out anyway . It was a to go order. If I wasn't paying attention, I would have gotten home and found that it had onions, and would have to return to the store to have it fixed. Mistakes happen, however when they realized that they had made the mistake they should have fixed it, not given it out. That's completely not acceptable . When I took the burrito out to verify that it had onions, it was completely covered in food from the dirty assembly area, discusting . When I talked to the pregnant lady that handed it to me, I told her that it had onions, and that it was in unacceptable condition. She replied to me that it can't be helped. That's unacceptable behavior! She then went back to fix it, and was complaining to onother employees about me returning it to be corrected . Unacceptable The employees had masks on, but only one employee was wearing it correctly. All other employees had them down around their chin.. This was the most discusting taco bell I have ever visited. It only takes a few seconds to clean up spills as they are made. The fillings belong inside the burrito not all over the outside of it. If I was the health department, I would have shut them down . A report will be made to the health department including the pictures I took of this discusting restaurant and the employees not following covid 19 regulations . The management need to re-train employees on safe food handling procedures, and the importance of having a clean work area. They need to remind the employees that ,with out the customer there is...

0/5 stars if I could. I ordered online to “skip the line” as their sign literally says, and I ended up waiting longer than if I was in the drive through. Everyone who came in after me, got their food before me. I ordered 6 tacos. Wasn’t a complicated order, and when I actually walked up to counter 40 minutes after I walked into the restaurant, I was completely ignored by all staff members. After an hour of WAITING FOR 6 TACOS, and being ignored, I walked out. Not to mention they were loudly talking about not letting customers know which ingredients they were out of because “no one had called to complain yet”. Every person in that restaurant was angry with how long they were waiting. I don’t think I saw a person get their food before the 30 minute mark. What are you doing if not making the food? What could possibly take that long for 6 tacos? Why was I ignored so many times? I never got my food, probably won’t get a refund because I can’t get anyone to answer a phone, and left angry. Never have I heard a good thing about this Taco Bell, and never really had a good experience here the 3 years I’ve lived in this...

Stopped in for breakfast. Got the sausage crunchwrap meal. Girl at the register never bothered to ask what I would like to drink (coffee, iced coffee, or fountain.) Just gave me a fountain cup. Would have prefered coffee with my breakfast, but since she walked away from the register as soon as I placed my order I didn't have a chance to ask. When I got my food I was surprised. I know that generally the food isn't huge in servings, but I literally got the smallest crunch wrap I've EVER seen. The whole thing fit perfectly in the palm of my hand. When I took a bite out of it, I figured out why...one hashbrown patty, one sausage patty, a lot of sauce, and barely any eggs. That was it. I've stopped at other locations before and not been nearly as disappointed in my food. This is also the only location I've ever been to that didn't offer, or have available the breakfast salsa. Probably won't eat here again, certainly not for breakfast. I've been in before since they "updated" the inside of the restaurant. Wasn't pleased with the set up either.
