“WELCOME TO PANDAAAAAA!” Ok here we go folks, We have been going to Panda Express for years, and we were hoping the quality and freshness of this restaurant would continue when they came to our home town of Auburn. I have waited to post a review until after the “Grand Opening” to see how everything plays out…. We have visited the establishment in multiple different ways for the last few weeks since opening so I think it’s about time for this!!! As you all know I am very honest and subjective in my reviews here so let’s get to it. Atmosphere, typical atmosphere for a Panda Express restaurant Asian flare and style, very welcoming. Food, EXCELLENT as Panda Express does. Hot, fresh, delicious. If you don’t think something looks fresh simply ask an associate if they would make you a fresh order and as long as you’re willing to wait a few minutes it’s not a problem. Customer service….here is one of my “BIGGEST” pet peeves in the restaurant industry…customer service is the ABSOLUTE KEY to any successful endeavor. The customer service here is 100% SPOT ON in multiple different ways. Friendly, Attentive, willing to help solve any issue a customer might have. As I stated earlier I have visited this Panda in multiple ways, as a customer (eat in and take out) as well as a part time delivery driver for DoorDash. The customer service couldn’t be any better and after visiting this place 70-80 times per week, every week, across all hours of the day they have been open thus far, I feel I can give a review on this part better than anyone at this point. To the OWNERS of this store, Chris Hernandez and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure all customers are satisfied to the absolute best of their abilities! Chris Hernandez in particular is very attentive to the needs of the customer/store and the team. That guy is going places with this company for sure!!!! So to those of you that left “rough” reviews the first week this place was open….give it another shot and see how it goes. ANY RESTAURANT during the grand opening WILL have a few hiccups…it’s inevitable…so return to this spot and give Chris and the team a chance to redeem themselves and show you what they can do!!! Good job all!! My apologies to the other associates whose names I do not know yet…you are ALL doing a fantastic job…Chris Hernandez has just been the “go to” guy there currently. “WELCOME...

As for the drive-thru manager Melissa; you should only move through side dishes like a lightning bolt, for the drive-thru. When you have the drive-thru loading island, loaded. Instead; you cost Kami and Neal to be without, making business inside the restaurant suffer. Finally had to go through drive-thru, because that's the only way I thought I'd get served. Quality, warm food. Instead; the attendant at the window seemed less eager to do a good job, than Neal at the front line. To Neal; take two deep breathes, next time you get to moving so fast you're making mistakes. Best of luck; Neal, from a sharer of a name. One last thing, cut your teriyaki chicken better. No one wants to shove full chicken breast in...
Read moreIf you’re hungry but don’t want crappy attitude don’t go to the Auburn IN Panda Express location. Attitude at asking questions at ordering. When I was handed bag I checked it, thank God. Box of Orange chicken up side down. Jaxson at the window opened the window while I was fixing the upside box. Said, can I help you (not like you would if you really wanted to help someone). I said, no thank you, just fixing the box that was put in upside down. His response back was. It latches and no problem. Yeah because I want my bag filled with orange sauce over other stuff. I’m in customer service and if I treated customers like this I’d expect to be fired. Not sure the girls name who took the order. I hope the owner or manager really care to do better for...
