Update from 1 star to 3 stars: i spoke to a supervisor and i cant remember her exact name but she was very kind and helped me with what was needed. They did tell me they were changing over their scheduling so that possibly had a roll in the scheduling issues. I havent seen a doctor yet so things could get better from a 1 start to a 3 star to possibly a 4 star. I guess if the front desk gal is not helping in any kind of a way ask for someone else to help or the supervisor and just tell the truth on the issue you are having! .this was my first review Stay away from this place if you truly want any help! The doctors could possibly be okay but that's only if you get to see that doc which good luck if your looking for any decent health care please look else where even if you have apple care there are other places you can go to get care please trust me on this I'm having some issues I sechulde an appointment over a month ago with a specific doctor the day before they changed everything expect the date I call them because I'm not okay with the fact that they changed the time and most importantly the doctor and when I called they tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment scheduled but so then why was it all changed if i didnt have an appointment this is insane and then the front desk gal tells me the closest time was the nov 26th when it's the 5th and I had my appointment arealy scheduled a month ago to see this female doctor....you don't mess with people health like this..... the front desk gal should be ashamed i needed help and for whatever reason you felt you had the right to act like it wasn't your issue and the problem is when you choose to work for a place and costumers call in with problems that they didn't cause that is why you were hired to assist and help them and yes that is why you were hired not to be rude and act as if their matters mean nothing because eventually that will lead to you losing your job and I bet you'll care about that and if not then you shouldnt be...

People go to doctor's for many reason and there's no telling how long some appointments will last. Some patients get in there and have everything wrong with them. How is that the receptionists or Doctors doctor's faults when they take longer then normal because the look up Symptoms online and what do you know, they have everything. For the people who act like their more important then another patient, go somewhere else. Guarantee you'll experience the same thing at 90 percent of the clinics you go too.
