UPDATE (2 MONTHS AFTER WRITING REVIEW): A manager (Ling) contacted me a few days ago and said she missed my review when I first wrote it but finally saw it (and that the owner also saw it). She wanted to apologize and better understand my experience, and see what she could do to help resolve some of my complaints. Ultimately, she was able to get me a refund for the corner cabinet (the one in which Stephen gave me the wrong measurements so my base cabinet and wall cabinet did not line up and we had to cut into the drywall for it to fit).

Did this resolve all my issues? Not quite as we had multiple issues, not just with the corner cabinet. Also, it was a bit untimely as I placed my order in November 2024 and it's taken them 6 months to contact me about my issues (and they only contacted me because of my original review below).

BUT I am grateful that they called and tried to make amends. It's a nice gesture. I think most companies would have just let this go and hope enough time has passed and that I'd given up hope. The fact that they contacted me when they finally did see the review (though late) and tried to make some offer shows me that the owner and upper management do care about delivering a positive customer experience. For that, I am glad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was absolutely a horrible experience and I don't say that lightly.

It started off well - the designer (Stephen Javetski) called me right away and sent an email with an initial design within a day or two of contacting them. His responsiveness was great, often responding to my emails and design feedback within hours. However, once I paid, everything fell off a steep cliff.

Lie of timing: Even though the quoted timeframe was 2-3 weeks (which was part of the reason I went with them), it took 6 weeks for the original order to arrive (this is not even including the extra weeks that it took for them to ship the replacement of the two broken pieces). If they were honest about the timeframe, I would have went with another vendor. Lack of responsiveness: Besides the timeframe, the responsiveness went from extremely reliable to non-existent. I had to send multiple emails and texts, and called multiple times before I could reach Stephen about the shipment. Dishonest business practices: Also, when the cabinets arrived, we found that for one of our ordered cabinets (30" microwave base cabinet), they sent us a 30" three-drawer base cabinet. When I told them they shipped us the wrong product, Stephen told me we should alter the one they shipped us, which required us to saw off parts of the front frame and build our own shelf for the microwave to sit in. He said they were out of the product we ordered for 3 months. Instead of telling us this while we were designing our kitchen so we could consider alternatives for our desired time frame, he went ahead and tricked us into thinking we would get this item but sent us a different item that we had to break and create a Frankenstein version of what we wanted. Wrong design measurements: Another BIG issue was that the design was off/measurement were off so the cabinets did NOT fit as expected in the space. We ordered a corner base cabinet and in the design, the backside was supposed to be 24". This would line up with the 24" wall cabinet However, the backside turned out to be over 26", so it does not line up with the wall cabinet and now all the cabinets on this wall are misaligned. We had to literally cut INTO our drywall in order to force the corner cabinet to fit. When we communicated this to Stephen, he said he used the software and then stopped responding to my emails, texts, and calls.

Since my last communication with Stephen, he has ignored all my emails, texts, and calls. We've just had to make it work with what we have because of the lack of support we have from this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I 100% wish we had went with...

We researched cabinets and took our time deciding who to use and we went with RenoEra. We are so glad we came across their ad on Insta. James and his team helped design our limited space kitchen and helped maximize our space for better utilization. They answered all of our many questions and had no problem altering and changing the design until it was perfect. Their prices are extremely reasonable so that definitely is a plus if you're on a budget. Delivery (we live in Florida so across the country) was quicker than I anticipated and all items came securely packaged. The pictures you see do not capture the true quality of the wood and paint used for their cabinets. We were amazed with the quality and ease of assembly. They even have a few videos which helped tremendously as we have never assembled cabinets or put a kitchen together before. Unfortunately we had one minor piece that was damaged and they quickly sent a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. We were truly impressed with their sincere kindness and professionalism. They continued to be extremely helpful even months after delivery. We couldn't have found a better place. You don't have to search around for cabinets as you will not be disappointed with...

To be honest, We were a little skeptical about the RTA products, but these cabinets are as close to a good quality factory cabinet as you can get. they can be fully glued using Pony bar and strap clamps.
