So about 11 months ago I bought MLB 19 The Show with all the money I had saved up. I was talked into buying the warranty as well. Fast forward to the present, I havenât played the game in awhile so I pop it back in and it doesnât work. I look around for the receipt but the purchase was so long ago, I canât find it (my mistake was not saving the receipt). So I go to GameStop to ask if there is any way to prove my warranty. They told me that they put a little sticker on it if there is a warranty and the box did not have a sticker on it. They also said that they get your name and number if you bought a warranty, which they did not because my name and number was not in the system. Very disappointing that the person who I bought the game from did not go through the correct procedures and therefore I am not able to redeem my game and I do not have any money to buy a new one. I went there yesterday to try and get a trade in for a Galaxy S7 and he asked what is the memory and he completely ignored what I told him it's 32 gb and he kept asking my sister which she had no clue then the old douche bag said "oh yeah it's a 32 gb" and the guy just had a pissy attitude. If you hate your job go work at McDonald's. Especially if you want to treat your future customers that way.    Read moreI bought a controller from Sean about 2 weeks ago. When I spoke with him on the phone to see my options and availability, he was extremely helpful and guiding. When I arrived in the store he listed me my options and made my transaction quick and simple. We chatted for a minute and he was extremely friendly. I walked out of the store thinking "that was a fun interaction." Two weeks later my controller was experiencing an issue where the trigger sticks when fully depressed. I called and again spoke with Sean who, yet again, was extremely helpful. I mentioned my pro status and with no questions asked informed me I could bring it back and swap it for a new controller. Two experiences in a short amount of time have been very pleasurable and simple. Sean is a great asset to the company and I have noting but good things to say about the experiences he's provided.
