Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Auburn

This coffee house is located in the wrong spot, it sits between a gas station and a car wash, in the back. So order to get to the car wash you got to go through the drive-thru coffee shop to get to the car wash and it sucks because then the coffee house thinks you're there to order coffee and you're not. all you're trying to do is try to get to the car wash because coffee house is in the wrong spot. Also this coffee house has bad service and bad products I do not recommend going to this coffee house they never can seem to get their job right anyhow. I wish the gas station that this coffee house sits in. I wish the gas station would ask them to leave and kick them out being there on the gas stations property it is very hard to go through the coffee house trying to get to the carwash. Who ever thought it was a good spot to put this coffee house here you are a dumbass you must have a donkey ass brain to think that this would be a good spot for it. I live out of town but I have known about gravity coffee and wanted to try it. My sister and I always go to different states and try different coffee shops everyday. Yesterday my sister and I came through Gravity and asked the lady to surprise us and she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was amazing and she sweet and excited to make us surprise drinks. I wish I would have gotten her name. I give her 5 stars. The coffee was also phenomenal. Since we had such great service yesterday we came back today and unfortunately got the complete opposite experience. I looked at the receipt and it said her name was Julia. When we pulled up she was not very welcoming. She was very short with us. Again we ordered a surprise drink and she was rude about asking what we wanted. Her overall attitude was unpleasant and we were very disappointed this time around. I understand people have off days but we were excited and she completely ruined the experience. From hawiwi moved here to Wa recently and fell inlove w gravity coffee ever since, Zandy has been putting me on with such lovely drinks even energy drinks I never thought I’d liked. She has such a good customer service, very honest with her job, always so blunt when I see her working and very dependable when she’s by herself when I make a big order and I tell you it’s always on time. She knows how to suggest other drinks when I don’t know what to drink after my favorite ones and her hilarious funny little jokes always gets me b4 I even leave w my drinks. The location itself is very convenient for me bc I go to the gym and stop by for a protein shake every other day.
