Hello Austin & All Who Are Visiting! šŸ™‹šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļøā˜®ļøšŸŒ„

Was anyone out feeling that crisp 64° very cool degree temps at 4:30 am? I wish the temperatures were reasonable.... I guess that's GOD & humanity who has changed this planet & the fate of the future. 🤨😳

Anyway: this will always be a great place for people with dogs or for people who enjoy... People Watching. From food to shopping & everything else possibe is all walkable. I am excited to search for other large cities & get the opportunity to explore them as closely as I've been able to experience downtown. I live 3-minutes walk to Ladybird Lake Trail... In 15 minutes, I'm on Congress: which is a busy downtown major road & it meets at Cesar Chavez.

What started out as a dream come true..... moving in Ladybird Apt. located directly across IH35, 1320 Art Dilly Drive; Austin TX has not only triggered Complex PTSD, I have been struggling with depression & I have to admit.... I have become a night person once again. The management company: DMA Co. Is the 2nd company I've encountered where the treatment of 55-Up Building: is shocking & not just Unacceptable it's Fraudulent & is concern for everyone in this city. I have had to keep detailed journals of all that happens. As a person who's CPTSD came from being Stalked & Terrorized. So, if you can imagine how distressed I am since they have tried to enter my apartment 4 times illegally. If you knock & no answers, why would you enter. I filed a police report because: my Oakley Sunglasses ended up missing. Now my Cain With a sword is gone. From my bedroom. I suggest anyone looking into 55-Up places... Do Your Research. More than that: research the Property Management Company!

More To Come On This Building & DMA Co.

Thank You Everyone for reading or viewing my post! My numbers are absolutely so so shocking! 😳😯😲🤯🫣🤫🤭 5 million views. How the what!šŸ˜ Y'all Are Appreciated....🤩

Good & Love To The...

This place is beautiful. It’s right on the river and we had no trouble finding parking. I was a little disappointed to find that this isn’t necessarily a dog park, but a normal park that allows dogs to be off the leash. It’s not fenced in and there’s no separation for small and large dogs. My puppy kept having to defend himself from huge dogs repeatedly. Also, I had to constantly reengage my dog because he was distracted by all of the runners and cyclists passing by on the trail in the park. I wouldn’t bring my small dog here again. Nor would I bring a puppy who’s still learning control. He could easily run away or get attacked by another dog. We left because a huge German shepherd came that was being trained and I didn’t trust him near my dog after...

My pup loves coming here, always other dogs to play with and a few spots where she can swim in the river. The field is well maintained and it’s not too crowded or too spacious (unlike Zilker which gets petty busy and is very spread out). The only down side is that it’s not enclosed so if you have a pup that tends to run off, I wouldn’t recommend it. Additionally, bikers tend to ride through the dog area despite the trail signs designating a bike route, not a deal breaker but definitely a bit nerve-racking when your dog nearly takes out the biker. Overall, an...

This is the only legally off-leash dog park that I'm currently aware off in Austin. It's a sizable fenced area to let your puppers run off excess energy and meet new friends. There are water fountains for humans and dogs within the enclosure, so no need to worry about dehydration. And during the hot summer months, there are multiple access points to the river so that the dogs can easily cool off in the water. It's a little difficult finding parking during the weekends and peak hours, but if you have a dog, I think it's worth it.

There is a proposal in front of the city counsel to convert this green area to a..... soccer stadium. What? The greenbelt along Town Lake (Ladybird Lake) from Tom Miller Dam down to Longhorn dam is one of the assets that make Austin such a popular place to live... and the green spaces across from down town between Lamar Blvd and IH-35 should never be lost to development that wipes them out or replaces them. That would be a disaster for our quality of life.
