Unforgettable fried okra! We stopped by on our way out of the Field of Lights event. Gimme had a food truck there at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. The fried okra was a huge amount and I ate every last piece. It was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly delicious! The guy running the truck was also nice -- understood that ketchup on fried okra is NOT the best way to enjoy -- just plain fried and seasoned just right. :) I'll be making it a priority to stop by their truck at Butler Park...

It was... ok. Fries were decent and hubby liked the okra, but the burgers were way too salty, and I got cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese, which pretty much ruined it for me on top of the excess salt. Hubby loves lots of salt, but even his burger was too much.
