I have been going to CrossFit City Limits for 3 years. When I first moved to Austin I tried a bunch of gyms to see what fit me best and nothing compared to the coaches, people and space of City Limits. The coaches are amazing! They are really focused on making sure everyone has the correct technique so they don't injure themselves. There are people of all levels here and although the coaches want to push you no one will make you feel pressured to do anything at a super heavy weight. Most of the time the only thing that gets me out of bed at 5:30 in the morning to do a tough workout is knowing that I get to hang out with people I like. The coaches I’ve worked with – Kyle, April, Johnny – lead classes with warmth, enthusiasm, and patience. If you’re new to CrossFit, like I was/am, they know how to explain what you need to do, help you with technique, suggest alternative exercises, etc. There’s time and room to grow at CrossFit City Limits. They will help you do that. And the results are real.
