Felt feeling disappointed…. I bought my neverfull mm in January 2022. They didn’t charge me to have it shipped to Dallas and repaired. They told me LV changed the way they manufactured the straps in 22 and they have since discounted that because of this issue. I later found out that that’s not at all true. So Im a bit confused why the store would tell me that. Anyways, it took 8.5 week, so don’t expect your purse back at the 4-6 week turnaround they quote. I get that the parts take time but set a realistic expectation or get the parts ordered, let me know to drop my purse off and ship it then. Also while I had it sent in I asked about the green markings on the top of the bag. Some reps claimed it to be me spilling things. I can assure you that’s not what’s happening. Nothing goes in this bag if it can cause this. Some said it’s from rubbing against something. I truly believe it’s the canvas rubbing the canvas. It’s also super frustrating that 3 different people told me 3 different things on how to get the green stains out. One of them even said it won’t come out don’t try…. I feel like if I’m shopping at a luxury store and spending $1800 on a PURSE there should be consistent answers amongst the care of the purse. Not happy with it. I honestly don’t even want to use it with the stains, but whatever. They did repair the straps and they look great, so i will say they deserve credit there.

I’ve always liked LV products and typically expect great service, but I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Over a month ago, I took my wallet in for a snap replacement because, after just a few months of use, the snap started peeling. Granted, I’ve had the wallet for a while, but it seemed like a reasonable request. While on vacation in Florida, I was told by an LV store that if I took my wallet to any LV location, they could fix the snap along with other issues, like the peeling edges. Excited by the idea, I took my wallet to a nearby store, and they quoted me $295 plus tax for all the repairs. Although a bit shocked by the price, I agreed to go ahead. The repair was supposed to include fixing the snap and redoing the edges. After over a month, I received my wallet back with the snap replaced, but nothing was done about the peeling edges, despite the confirmation email I received stating all the work would be done. Nobody called me to let me know that the requested work couldn’t be completed due to the canvas of the wallet. Instead, they only replaced the snap and charged me $200. Honestly, I could have bought a new wallet for that price. I still like their products, but this experience has left me feeling ripped off. It’s disappointing and frustrating, and I’m left with no other option but to absorb this loss.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Louis Vuitton’s Domain location, particularly from Jacob, the team manager. In August 2024, I paid to have the strap of my family heirloom pouchette—purchased by my mother at the Houston Galleria in 1996—repaired. Just a few months later, the strap began splitting again. When I returned to the store seeking a resolution, Jacob and his team refused to take accountability, insisting I pay for the same repair AGAIN. To make matters worse, Jacob questioned the authenticity of my bag and claimed their purchase history records went back to the beginning of when the brand was founded. However, when I called corporate, they clarified that their records do not go back to 1996, likely because their system wasn’t implemented until after 2000. Despite this explanation, Jacob remained dismissive and condescending, making an already frustrating experience even worse. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on luxury and craftsmanship. If this is how loyal customers with sentimental ties to their products are treated, I can no longer trust Louis Vuitton. I will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others to think twice before doing so.

Purchased a LV purse in Cancun MX, the day of purchase I asked if I changed my mind if I could return in the U.S. and was told yes by LV representative in Cancun . I wasn't completely in love with the purse I selected and decided I did want to return the purse within my 30 day time frame. Receipt did not state Mexico to U.S returns were not valid, however it did list a few Countries, Mexico not being one of the Countries. Upon arrival I waited outside for a bit, representative then told me that my 11 year old daughter, 10 year old daughter and 11 year old daughters friend must remain close and not separate from me while in store. My children are raised with manners, because I had children with me they first discriminated on familial status. At the register I explained I needed to return a purchase made from Cancun, Mexico. I was told ""Mexico"" We don't return anything bought from Mexico" it seemed like she was insinuating Mexico was below LV. Why place a flagship store there if you feel the need to insult the Country? I then explained nowhere on the receipt did it state you could not make a return from MX to US and showed the woman. I was then told she couldn't read Spanish, to be honest even someone who cannot read Spanish could read the list of Countries. She then leaves me at front of store and states she is going to back to see list of Countries that could not be returned to in back. A Manager comes back a male, he states same thing. I then explained receipt does not list this. He nor woman ever even looked at bag nor took time to evaluate receipt. Please keep in mind a receipt is a valid contract between you and store as long as conditions are met. Bag is brand new in box, valid receipt, was there within day 30 time frame receipt does not list not returnable in U.S . I didn't want to start an argumentative situation and told them I would contact my Card and Customer Service. Customer Service on phone LV Number online- was friendly but even she seemed not sure about return policy. I explained everything and she was able to talk with someone higher up who than stated it was a managers discretion on return. I then read receipt to her and stated it did not state that on receipt and if this is true, why wasn't my bag taken out of box and looked at by Manager in LV Domain? She then asked he didn't take it out of box at all? I stated no, nor did he look at my receipt. Phone representative then placed me on hold and stated supervisor would be looking into this matter as proper procedure was not followed and I could in fact return in U.S. I did tell her I felt vey uncomfortable returning back to Domain store as how I was treated and she said she understood, I told her I could mail back bag to LV with them sending me a prepaid postage parcel to do so. She stated she would have Domain LV contact me and I would not have to return to store. Today I was contacted by someone at LV Domain a woman. I was told I could only get a gift card, store credit back from my purchase. I stated this is not what I was told, nor what is stated on receipt. I was within 30 days when I went into store. She stated they changed things because of COVID. I explained this is not on the fault of the customer but on LV, if something is changed this should be noted on receipt given. I would like to have my money back to card purchased with as I will never carry another LV around after this. The receipt is a valid contract between you and customer as long as obligations are met. If things change LV needs to change receipt's in all of there Countries to make things accurate. At this point LV is not being transparent with receipts nor how things are handled in stores or on phone. It seems they are making there own rules from store to store and customer service hotline. LV should be ashamed of the discrimination on your customers and fraud you are creating by making your own rules. This is why receipt has fine print. I will contact everyone until I can get this...

I will never shop at the Domain Louis Vuitton, let alone ANY Louis Vuitton ever again based on my experience. The Manager, first of all, should not be a manager- especially at that caliber/quality of a position where it is imperative to treat all customers with kindness and respect considering they are blowing tons of money on low quality items. Second of all, I brought in a bag that was damaged and should have been exchanged for another (same bag) but they refused. Sent it off to LV and back just to tell me the repair/replacement was declined it was "Wear and Tear", which it was not. Was my youngest bag at a year old and was told by MANY people who had the same problem with the same print bag that they were able to return/exchange their bag. The way I was treated and the fact that I did not get helped was silly. The manager said I needed to come get my bag. I explained I needed it shipped because I live an hour away. She did not like that. I asked for a copy of my receipt to be placed in the box. She refused! I called back and eventually got it but it was not easy and the process in itself was degrading and absolutely ridiculous. I have spent over $10,000 on LV over the years that has been a complete waste because they now disgust and disappoint me. You do not provide customer service based on how much a person has purchased with you and you surely do no treat people like trash, especially as management. Many people who I have told this story to explained it was most likely because of my race or because I am not a "regular" which is BS! I work in the customer service industry and know how to treat all clients. You all will eventually get yourself sued and you are lucky it was not by me! PS- I NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS AND I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS! Many have said this is wrong and you all messed up, especially because I offered to spend double the money if I was given a store...

I decided to visit this location while I was near a Louis store (we live in the country) before I made the 4+ hour drive home. The wait wasn't bad, about 12 minutes, so I walked down to Mac and had a wonderful experience there. I was not dressed to impress, being as I was wearing comfy clothes for the drive home, and let me tell you, I've never felt so humiliated! All I wanted to do was have my Montsouris Empreinte in Turtledove looked at, because the embossing is so faded for a bag that's only a year old. The original man who helped me, Alex, was wonderful and made me comfortable, but he deferred to another man with an accent who was very condescending. He then brought out their leather "expert" after having brought my Montsouris in the back room. They talked the usual jargon of it being handmade, etc., but I noted after awhile that they seemed to doubt it's authenticity (being as the embossing is so faded, which is WHY i brought it in!), and the rude man said they'd need to send it off, and it could take weeks, etc. etc. I said that was fine, which was apparently not what he expected me to say because he pivoted quickly. The woman grabbed my bag and checked the date, saying that it was made in 2018 and for a four year old bag, that's to be expected. Except... it's NOT from 2018, it's from early 2021, and I have no idea why she'd lie other than to completely avoid dealing with my bag (I've had it authenticated to be certain). Just a horrible, horrible experience. Upon looking at the reviews, I was a little relieved to see it wasn't just me. This location is a stain to the typically...
