I had been a loyal client of Kalologie Medspa for over three years, paying a $99/month membership where unused funds rolled over as credits. When Kalologie unexpectedly shut down, they sent an email stating that Rejuvenate Austin had “taken over the practice” and that all memberships and credits would transfer. However, when I reached out to Rejuvenate, I quickly learned that this was not the case.

Instead, I was told that Rejuvenate did not acquire Kalologie but was simply doing them “a favor” by allowing former clients to use their credits under new restrictions ($100/month max). This was a stark contrast to how the transition was framed in Kalologie’s email. When I asked about a refund due to the change in terms, I was told no because, again, they were doing Kalologie “a favor.”

Trying to clarify this confusing situation, I spoke with their staff, who admitted they were new and couldn’t fully explain it. When I followed up for more clarity, I received a text from their office manager, Bre, informing me that they would not allow me to visit their office because my questions were deemed “hostile.” To be clear, I was simply trying to understand why I could not access the funds I had accumulated over years as a paying customer.

Unfortunately, instead of handling the situation with transparency and professionalism, Rejuvenate chose to dismiss a potential long-term client for asking reasonable questions. If you value clear communication, ethical business practices, and quality customer service, I’d recommend...

If you are looking into ANY of the services offered at this spa, don’t bother going anywhere else. Rejuvenate is truly the best. Everyone I’ve worked with has been absolutely incredible, gentle, informative and calming of any of my concerns or worries (I’m scared of needles!). Rejuvenate goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. I first came in to see Beth for some Botox and ended up on a series of skin treatments with Destiny that have COMPLETELY transformed my skin! (Very acne-prone with scarring from over the years). People who I’ve known for years are commenting on my glow- any fillers I’ve done have been extremely natural, and the staff here will not lie to oversell! Just today I left an appointment with Dana (my favorite) after receiving no treatments (I had wanted to touch up some injectables), feeling beautiful as ever ❤️ if you are scared to get started with injectables for fear of going “too far” this is definitely the team for you. UPDATED REVIEW Changing my review to 5 stars - pretty soon after I left my first review the business reached out and offered my a free facial. I did the Hydrafacial with Bre and it was amazing - a really solid service and she was really good with my face and needs. This med spa is definitely more results driven than fluff, so if you want that, definitely go here. If you want more relaxation type services, then a fancier spa will be the one you want.

A little bit disappointed with the facial I received. I got the fire and ice facial and paid $160 + tip for what felt like 30 mins or less of a facial. The esthetician SUPER nice don’t get me wrong, but like all she did was put two masks on for maybe 2 mins and then like rub a few serums on my face. It didn’t really feel relaxing at all and I didn’t even get extractions or any kind of facial steamer or like décolleté area massaged like most other facial places do. I feel like for such a quick facial it should be cheaper or they should do more. There were also 3 receptionists sitting at the desk and not gonna lie it felt super intimidating to check-in and check-out - like it didn’t feel super warm...
