I have been going to SkinSpirit for facials and injectables for almost five years in various cities, so I was thrilled to see Austin has a SkinSpirit near downtown when I moved here a couple of years ago (and they now have one in North Austin!). I have been to the N. Lamar Austin Medical Spa several times, and I couldn't recommend it more. Jane (the manager) is so knowledgeable and sweet, which makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed as soon as you walk in, and their nurses (Sarah Mack is fabulous, but she's now at North Austin!) and aestheticians are incredible. The facility is beautiful, and I love the decor, but the talent here is what keeps me coming back again and again.

I saw Lo Jones-Alicea yesterday for Sculptra, and I had such a great experience with her! She is beautiful, sweet, and just exudes an anxiety-reducing good vibe, and her bedside manner is impeccable. Lo took her time to make sure I was numb and to walk me through the process so I wasn't nervous before we began. During the injection process, she was so careful, kind, and attentive to my needs—even though she wasn't hurting me (I have a higher pain tolerance, but was also pretty numb!), she made sure I was doing OK, asked if I needed breaks, water/etc. Plus, we had such a fun conversation, which made me forget we were putting needles into my face (LOL). I usually don't feel like I'm chatting with one of my favorite girlfriends while I'm getting an aesthetic treatment, but I honestly had fun during the service because she was so lovely. I also really appreciate her judgment and attention to symmetry and balance—she is not going to over-fill you just for the sake of it.

I had gone into the appointment unsure if I wanted to get a lip flip or filler but was concerned about maintaining a natural look. I expressed my concerns and beauty goals, and she thought we should hold off—I am SO glad I listened to her. What I also love about Lo is that she started our appointment by giving me a mirror and asking me three things I loved about my face, which was harder than I imagined, but I think her approach to aesthetics is not only beyond refreshing and rare, but really needed in this day and age when it's so easy to criticize our appearances—especially when we're going for enhancements. She is all about confidence boosting, and I hear she won't let you talk negatively about yourself in her chair! I could not recommend going to LO more—especially if you are someone who is nervous about pain with injectables or has a needle phobia! I can't wait to see her again for Botox and...

I have known Cece Davis for a little over a year now and I can confidently say she is the most talented and amazing injector/person I have ever met. I have had botox injected into my 11s as well as my massesters. Filler-wise, I have had filler injected into my lips, chin, jawline, and cheeks. My first experience with lips, with a DIFFERENT INJECTOR at a different practice, left me nervous and scared of needles, but Cece completely took that fear away.

Cece’s bedside manner is unlike anyone else’s. Before I went in to my very first appointment with her, I saw she had posted something along the lines of “the first time you sit in my chair you’re a client , the next time - a friend, and every time after - family” and she has proven that to be 100% true. Aside from making you feel at home in her chair, she has a talent and skill unmatched by anyone in her field. Her approach has made something once so scary to me almost completely painless and easy. I look forward to our appointments because it’s like meeting up with a friend. A friend that enhances your natural beauty and absolutely exceeds every single expectation you have.

You’ll leave with a confidence like no other, a few laughs, a new friend, and insane results from the most skilled injector this industry has seen.

I also have to brag on the amazing Tammy Napoli. In 22 years I had never gotten a facial and finally had the honor of receiving one from one of the best at SkinSpirit let alone in all of Austin, Texas. The vibe in Tammy’s room just makes you want to fall asleep - weighted blankets, a comfortable chair, relaxing music, you name it, she has it.

I received their Diamond Glow facial as well as their SkinMedica Illuminize Peel. I was walking in New York Fashion Week the week after getting this facial and peel done so I was a little worried how my face was going to react to its first legit facial. My skin not only felt incredibly clean but the glow Tammy was able to give me - INSANE. She too exceeded my expectations and sent me on my way to NYFW with a confidence and radiance all thanks to her.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but I just had to for skin spirit because they are literally incredible. I have been going here for three years now and it’s my literal happy place. Everyone there is so sweet and uplifting I sometimes get emotional when I’m leaving because they just build me up and make me feel truly special and beautiful. Not to mention they do a flawless job. Cece is probably the best there is in Austin. I went to her through word of mouth because pretty much everyone knows she is the one to go to for any type of filler in Austin, and she did not disappoint. She is so knowledgeable and meticulous with the way she injects. I joked with her last time that she might as well be a plastic surgeon because she is more informed and skilled than most doctors I have seen. She did a liquid rhinoplasty for me last week and she did the most incredible job. I tried explaining vaguely to her what I wanted because I couldn’t really describe it that well and she literally read my mind and already knew exactly what I meant. She made my nose so perfect but also very subtle and gave me that little Pixar nose tip that I desperately wanted. I was considering getting a nose job before I went to see her and now I don’t even want one because I’m so happy with the results from the filler. She has also done my lips And my cheeks and she eats. down. every. Single. Time. I have also seen Ali and she is amazing as well. I honestly haven’t met one injector there or front desk staff that isn’t amazing and so helpful. Anyway I know this review is so long, I don’t typically write reviews so I’m not good at being concise yet but this place is the only place I would ever go to. One of my best friends goes here too and she moved out of state, however she still flies back in just to get her filler touched up by Cece because she is that good. I will truly never go anywhere else. They are so strategic with the injections and go above and beyond to make everything look so seamless and natural.
