If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My fiance and I parked in this garage because a parking pass was offered with our tickets at Alamo Drafthouse Ritz. When we got back to our vehicle after the movie (with our validated parking pass) we found that our vehicle had been broken into along with several others. We had to call the police, wait on them to show up, and file a report. Upon exiting, our validated pass was no longer accepted because an hour had passed while we dealt with the damage and police. We explained this to the attendant who said he didn't care and to pay to leave. Thankfully the police were still there and got us out with our validated pass. Do NOT park here on weekends as we were told by the cops that it is a prime area for burglaries and as I said, the attendant could care less about...

Came back to garage and was in process of entering in my credit card info. Returned to find a boot on my car from Austin Towing. $130 to get it removed. You still have to pay Metropolis for the parking fee. An absolute joke. Metropolis' "how it works" online page doesn't say ANYTHING about providing your CC info prior to leaving the garage, but Austin Towing (totally unrelated, third party) will boot your car and says the "instructions are clear". Saw several other cars with boots on theirs as well.

Read moreI parked to charge my car and scaned QR code to pay parking fee. In the website QR code leads to, it shows 3 hours free! I was wondering why!! But there were no human to confirm so I just parked my car and start charging.
At the end, I was charged 46 dollars one hour and 16mins!!!!!! I think it’s not correct since it says 3 hours free when I checked the parking rate when i scaned the qr code. So I emailed the parking company and got this reply.
