I went to this target and purchased this apex pro tkl keyboard for $161.99 which had the steel prevention lock on it and upon opening it at home 30 minutes later I come to find that the box is completely empty no keyboard, cables no nothing so I called this target and they said to come back with the product and receipt to see what they can do. So that is what I did about 2 hours after originally purchasing the keyboard I returned to the target and went to the customer service for my empty keyboard box. The manager was called to assist me and she did not want to refund my money or replace the empty keyboard box with an actual keyboard. After asking why and demanding compensation she denied us and even threatened to call 911 if we didn’t leave. In the same purchase of this keyboard we had purchased over $300 worth of other goods. So target outright stole from us, and we were not the only ones. In the same line of customer service that we were being blatantly stolen from there were more people that had the same issues as us with empty boxes for expensive products complaining about the same problem. It is incredible that this manager would treat and threaten there loyal customers this way, and outright steal from us. The managers name was Suzie and her co-managers name was Marie. In conclusion do not go to this target unless you want to be stolen from, very disappointed. No wonder Amazon and other retailers are eroding Targets...
Read moreI usually love a good Target shopping experience, but yesterday I left frustrated and feeling wary of future shopping experiences at Target! I went in to buy some creams in the cosmetic department. First, they were showing online that the store had a large size available in store but in reality, they only had the small. I realize it could have sold out. Then when I went to pay for my items, I noticed I was charged the price of the large, ($3 more) when I had purchased the small. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she sent me to customer service to have it adjusted. Another 5-7min wait. The customer service agent was extremely rude and robotic. I explained what happened and he simply just started to issue a refund. When I explained again that I just wanted the difference back, he then asked if I wanted to repurchase the item at the lower price, as if I had said nothing! He didn’t offer a sympathetic smile or apology for the extra effort I had to go through to buy this item at Target instead of online or at another store. Not what I expect...
Read moreI had one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had in a retail store at this Target—all because of someone named Laurent, who claimed to be the manager of the entire location. From the moment I spoke to him, he was disrespectful, dismissive, and verbally abusive. When I asked for help, he refused, insulted me, and even put his hands on me—a complete violation of both Target’s policies and basic decency.
To make matters worse, he reeked of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence—his eyes were bloodshot, his demeanor was erratic, and he was clearly not in any condition to be dealing with customers, let alone managing a store. This is completely unacceptable for anyone in a leadership position.
Target needs to seriously reconsider who they trust to represent their brand. I’ve already filed a formal complaint and will be following up with corporate. Until something is done about Laurent, I strongly recommend avoiding...
