Well if you like a company that can't deliver then Ashley Furniture especially the employees at this Dysart location would be a perfect fit. Went in on Tuesday to use the coupon that came with my Ashely furniture card and was blindly optimistic. We picked out a pair of bar stools, and opted to pick them up from Ashley Warehouse in Phoenix. We waited about 2 hours, where they tried to give us the wrong bar stools and then searched the entire warehouse only to tell us that they had none. On our way back to the store the warehouse called and told us that the bar stools we ordered were discontinued. We went back to the store where we were told that these items were in fact in stock (20 in the warehouse). Erick promised delivery on Thursday, we were skeptical but they assured us that they were going to deliver the items. They even promised to keep an eye on the order and call if there were any issues. Wednesday rolls around and I had not heard anything, so called the store. When I talked to the Store Manager (Cesar) he said they do not do next day delivery, that Erick had made a mistake. He assured me that they were going to be delivered today -- I made the mistake of believing them again (shame on me). He even promised that he would remember me and when I came in next I could get the Managers Discount or a gift card. Well, today everything looked like it was going to happen. Until I get a call saying my delivery is 4 minutes out, and then after 20 minutes nothing happens and I can't find any tracking. I called and get told the items were not on the truck because they were in fact discontinued. So once again I call the store, and talk to Cesar, who assures me that they can deliver the items tomorrow -- contradicting his "we don't do next day deliveries". I let then look into the issue, and waited for a call that they promised. Finally, after almost 2 hours I decide to just go to the store -- I will never know if these bar stools are actually in stock because we were fed up with excuses. It seems there is a SERIOUS lack of communication and accurate inventory information. So here I sit, not on my bar stools writing this review with a hope to save one person (or more) from the headache that is Ashley Furniture on Dysart. If I did not already invest a couple thousand dollars on Ashely Furniture products, I would cancel my card and go to a company that actually cared. Don't make my mistake.... Please. Update: They did not cancel my order, so now I have to waste even more time on hold with customer service. This whole process is absurd, strong possibility we will never shop with Ashely...
Read moreWe were really excited to receive or couch and cuddler and due to the pandemic we have waited nearly 2 months to receive what we have ordered from Ashley Furniture in Avondale AZ and wow couch looks amazing however cuddler is on the wrong side and we can't use the couch how it is made to use! Very disappointed! We told the delivery people it was wrong and they took a picture of it not fitting and had my wife sign and said it's not their problem and to call the customer service dept! We tried calling the store numerous times and no one answers! We finally got a hold of someone at corporate and created a case! Corporate could not reach this store either.. smh what's going on here! A third call to orders department and still they could not reach this store! I went to the store and still was offered no help and no one even in site! Wow I am extremely disappointed and frustrated! A case was created by someone and I was supposed to get a call back and still nothing! I always heard great things about Ashley Furniture and do far my experience has been a nightmare.. stuck w a couch that is wrong and can't get a hold of anyone to make this right! The one time I did speak to someone from orders it seemed to have just been pushed to the side! All I want is to have a couch I paid good money for to be right and look good in my apartment! Is that asking too much? I really hope Ashley's furniture does the right thing here! They have me a case number of 02107451 and now silence and nothing is being done! Just frustrating! As you can tell from the pics the cuddler is made to go on the wrong side and won't fit.. I have it places in the pics how I wanted this to be.. Smh wish someone would make this right and not leave me calling and emailing and waiting.. Two months has been already way too long.. I went to this store and not one customer so not sure why they don't answer the phone nor help you when you walk in! Bad business! All I wanted is a couch that was right especially after an over 2 month wait and to now be shunned and treated so poorly? Way to treat customers! Read moreAnother update: Received response email and they keep referring to this as an inconvenience. Giving out someone's personal information including home address is illegal, it is a huge safety and security risk. This is not the inconvenience of forgetting to give me a receipt.
Went into the store to get cancelation confirmation as proof the order was canceled. Spoke to the manager on duty, Caesar who took ZERO responsibility. First, he blamed the finance company even after I showed him multiple times that it came from them and included their store logo at the top. The finance company would NEVER use their logo.
His next scapegoat was hackers. Yes, hackers. He said with technology people can hack in and do this kind of stuff. A hacker is NOT going to hack a company's system to simply send out personal information to other customers l!! Seriously, hackers are in it to gain something and it is NOT to mix up emails. It disgusts me that this person is in charge of anything especially obtaining personal information about people.
They printed out the cancelation and handed it to us. We asked for it to be emailed so we had an electronic copy to send to the finance company and when we received it, we found the worker sent it from HER PERSONAL email account!! So now, in her personal account she has our email address as well!!! No one and I do mean NO one is doing a darn thing about this. They are allowing this to continue on.
I was told the regional manager was aware and would reach out to discuss this issue but nope, not one word from the regional manager either.
Yes, we have filed this with various authorities including the BBB, attorney General and several other places. My next step is the local news media so more people can see what they are doing.
Udate: Sent email to no avail. They ignore that as well and I submitted the proof that they did this!!!!

Yes, FULL information including MY home address, name, phone number and confirmation number!!!
