I am a member of the sip club, and I come in to this Panera bread everyday, have never had a problem, I'm always respectful, and generally enjoy my experiences at this restaurant. But recently, this location has decided to put key lock entry to the bathrooms. Which is understandable, considering the fact that some people do take advantage, and make unnecessary messes without ever cleaning up after themselves. But, this location has decided as well that because of a few people, they are no longer allowing any homeless people to use the restroom. I recently ordered my drink, picked it up at the window, and because of the new key lock entry, I proceeded to ask to use the restroom. The manager proceeds to tell me no I can't give you the code. I replied, that's fine can somebody open the door for me I just need to use the restroom. He then tells me no. Homeless people are no longer allowed to use the restroom. I was appalled, offended, and frankly quite hurt. First of all, how do you know I am homeless? I have AIDS, and look quite sucked up. Now, I do happen to be homeless as well. But, as I've said before, I have never had an issue here before. I've always cleaned up after myself, have always been respectful, and don't understand why this location feels it's okay to completely ban all homeless people from using the facilities, because of a few people. Second, how do they know that the people causing the issues in the restroom were homeless people? There's not many places for a homeless person to use the restroom around here, and I would understand if I weren't a paying customer. But I am a paying customer, and I do sometimes order food, or pastries. I feel that this is absolutely wrong, and I feel that I've been treated in a way that makes me feel lower than dirt. I'm a Panera bread customer and I should not be treated like this. I know restaurants have the right to refuse service to anybody, but this feels not only wrong, but borderline illegal. I've done absolutely nothing wrong, and cannot believe that both my wife and I have been treated like this. I still can't wrap my head around it. It's not fair, and I just don't understand. I feel that something needs to be done immediately. This Panera bread has to be told that they cannot treat people this way. I'm awaiting your reply, and I will be calling as well. If something isn't done about this, I will be seeking legal counsel, to see if there's anything I can do about being treated this way. I feel like we should absolutely be compensated for this disturbing experience that my wife and I have had to endure from an otherwise trusted Panera bread. I'm so sad, and disappointed in the way they've gone about this whole thing. I'm a human being, I am valid, and Panera bread is trying to make me feel like I'm a sub human. Like I am not a person. Like I'm only good enough for you to take my money, but not to be allowed to use the restroom like every other customer. Please, I sincerely await your reply. Something has to be done. I am truly disgusted and extremely appalled. Thank you for your time. My name is Daren L. Eason II. And I am a human being, despite what this Panera bread would...
Read moreI keep giving this place a chance because it's convenient for the gym near by when it's time to eat. But this is my last time going to this place. I can't see how I still open. They consistently get your order wrong and or don't put all the assentials in your bag (they seal the bag with tape as if they did everything right) and i even ask them is this this and this in the bag....them: yes!). But I didn't get my essentials: a spoon to eat the soup. A fork to enjoy salad. And that's not it. NO SALAD DRESSING. After a long day, hungry, to order food and excited to finally and eat to open your bag with Nothing to eat with whipe hands with and half the order is alwsy wrong. I can understand I should check my bag. And the order being right most of time BUT EVERY TRIP SOMETHING IS WRONG. Like who's running this place. This is coming from a person who don't enjoy leaving bad reviews. But the service here is that bad as far as orders are concerned. I like the personalities of some of the workers But it isn't worth my orders alwsy wrong and not having the essentials I need as a busy person just trying to get a quick bite to eat. The kicker is I'm spending my money and panara bread isn't on the cheap side. Everything adds up quickly. Almost 40$ for food and drinks everyday is a lot ofmoney on pour service. Not getting what I pay for. Something needs to be done. Businesses stay open because of the people who patronize the place. At least make sure our order is right and we have all we need to be able to pull over and eat.
When you are in a hurry it's so inconvenient having to go back to get things corrected.
This place needs better training and I am not the only one who feels this way. This place has a bad reputation and I come to give it the benefit of doubt. With my own experience I'm at an angery stage with this place . And after coming here since 2017. After today I will no longer spend my time and money here.
Ps a very...
Read moreI went in here on 3 different occasions and had something that went wrong each time. First time our to go order was missing stuff and I got attitude for asking about it. Then had my missing item tossed across the counter towards me. Second time my Grandma's food came out and had something on it that she had requested to be left off and the remake took twice as long as it too to make the first time. We were all done by the time her food came out. The last time I came here I was 9 months pregnant and approached the register to order. Unfortunately for me I got the girl at the register were the counter comes in at an angle so when a customer walked up to the register next me to order I got elbowed in the stomach pretty hard. The lady barely noticed so I tried to step away for fear of it happening again. The cashier noticed and said nothing. We order or food and ordered smoothies and went to wait for our food. When sitting there waiting for our food and smoothies all we kept hearing was a girl behind the counter begging another employee to make the smoothies because she didn't want to. She kept saying what a pain it was. Our food came out nice and hot and out smoothies still weren't done. Finally after asking about our smoothies they came out a few minutes later. They didn't have straws with them so I asked for straws and the same girl then said " well there are straws in that bin over there but I can get you on if you need." I looked at the bin she was referring to and noticed it was empty. I told her it was empty and apologized for asking. I do not like this location but...
