New management has done a number on this place. We have had several good experiences using them in the past. About a year ago we had an issue with a washer drier combo. Tech came, changed a part. We weren't able to test due to a power outage. Once power came back, tested and the machine still didn't work. ONE WEEK later the tech came back out, took front off, then left "to get a part". He never came back. Another tech came a day layer, diagnosed a completely different issue, and told us the part would take a week to get. Then radio silence from them.

So at this point we have not had a working washer or drier for 2 weeks. We left messages and heard nothing back from them. In the interim I called another repair service who came out and determined the issue was worn bearings, for which replacement wouldn't make sense financially. Finally I just asked for a refund. Ownership made no attempt to make the amends for the major inconvenience and money spent on getting cloths for us and 2 kids laundered.

Will not be using them again, and have to advise others to...

This business deserves a 0. Do not do business with them. My fridge broke 3 times within two months of delivery. The first time they fixed it no problem, the second time I waited all day for them to come out to fix it and they never showed despite my calling several times to ensure they were in fact coming. They came out the next day and fixed it, but it broke again 2 weeks later. Again they no showed when they were supposed to come fix. They then agreed to replace the fridge since it had broken 3 times already. They no showed to deliver the fridge despite my calling twice during the day to check that they were coming and was told it was scheduled to be delivered the following day. Nevermind the fact that I had taken the day off from work to wait for them today. I have now wasted 7 days sitting at my house waiting for these...

From the phone call I received yesterday to see what day and time I was available to the gentlemen named Kevin went over and beyond... I had a rod on my washer machine and I thought it was broken and another company came out last Friday and looked and just said "u need a new washer"...so I want to ty and he didn't just fix my washer he explained everything and what happened and I had a problem with getting ANY cold water in my washer for almost 3yrs and Kevin also fixed that problem as well so when they hooked my washer machine up 3yrs ago the hot/cold line was backwards...... CAN'T THANK U ENOUGH KEVIN..u definitely made my day/week and now I can wash with cold water again...so let ppl know when they go over and beyond for YOU...so I wish I could give it 10 stars but if you need help with a...
