I was super nervous to go in for a free consultation, because I hadn't ever done any cosmetic services before and wasn't sure what to expect. I was also worried I'd try to be sold into getting or paying for more than I thought I was looking for. But those nerves and worries went away immediately! I did my consultation with Jenn, who explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and was honest about the experience and anticipated costs. She complimented things that I hadn't seen in myself before, which felt really nice :) I came back for services with Lauren and again, felt so incredibly supported and comfortable! Lauren is the best - super friendly, really kind, and amazing at what she does. I noticed even small things that showed she really cared about my experience - when stopping to take breaks, she would hide syringes behind her back (not that I have any fear of needles, but if I did, I would appreciate this all the more!). I have seen both Lauren and Jennifer for microneedling on my face and hypertrophic scar. I also got Morpheus 8 done one time as well. All times I got them with stem cells. I also got botox into my pores. Lauren and Jennifer are both really sweet, genuine, and knowledgeable, and I’ve always felt that they cared about my well-being. They are extremely attentive and supportive throughout the whole process, make sure I am comfortable, do a great job explaining everything, and even go so far as to wear a covid mask since they know I am cautious with covid. And the microneedling results have been so worth the cost. My face is much smoother, the texture from my acne gone, and some lines on my face have been removed as well. Before, I was a little self conscious taking selfies up close. Now, that’s no problem!! They also gave me really good skin care advice; I changed my products and now have no acne any more!!!! It’s like a miracle. I am so happy I found Good to Glow. I appreciate them so much!! Also, I haven’t tried out their laser hair removal yet, but they have a machine that is painless.
