Long Nails — Attraction in Baltimore

First time here. Lady messed up my eyebrows made me look like grover. I showed a picture of how i usually get/wanted them she went into an entire segment on how it doesnt matter she does them for your face. I've been getting my brows done for 16+ yrs never had a eyebrow lady to tell me that nor had an issue. Then i wanted a cotton swab or dab of nail polish remover to get the polish that was tested on my nails and the guy at the desk refused. A cotton swab for for swipes of color on my nails smh. I will NEVER come here again nor recommend. Tired of foreigners setting shop up in black neighborhoods and being rude and disrespectful....

Went to them to get my nails done for my birthday. They didn’t know how to take off the powder dipped polish off my nails even after telling them how my nail tech does it so they proceeded to move me from station to station while i soak my nails for what felt like a whole hour until i started to complain about my fingers getting pruned. The guy in the first chair was rude as hell and for sure started to talk about me to one of the other guys. Every question out of his mouth was with an attitude. Now 2 Days Later My gel Polish is chipping & coming off. I’ve never heard of this . PLEASE GO...

Not very polite especially Kevin! at the front desk. They act like you have to spend your money there. I don’t want nail techs who get attitude when you tell them what you don’t like. One time Jenny tried to do my pedicure with the same gloves she had on with another person. She got nasty when I told her that was not sanitary. Then she didn’t feel like doing the nail shape I wanted. Jenny and Joe are the best with skills, but need attitude adjustments also.
