The Grainery — Attraction in Baraboo

I used to love this store, but ever since it relocated, the quality of service has noticeably declined. The staff isn’t as friendly or attentive as they once were, and they don’t seem knowledgeable enough to provide helpful recommendations. When I asked for assistance, they seemed unsure and unprepared.

A small but important issue that impacts the overall experience is the lack of a customer restroom. Instead, they direct customers across the street. When I explained that I had a medical condition and needed immediate access, they still refused. As someone with a disability, I parked close for accessibility, only to be told I had to go elsewhere.

Store team, please familiarize yourselves with Wisconsin Act 198. In situations like mine, you should ask if the customer has a qualifying medical note, as the law may require you to grant restroom access under certain conditions.

Had the worst experience with a RUDE employee named Amanda. She was terrible to me. I used to shop here all the time until I moved away. I went back to visit at the new location. As I walk in standing there is this lady she looks "down" at me through her glasses and almost instantly gives me a scowel. Now mind you I normally dress nice but I was back in the area to help my friend paint so I had beat up clothes on. I mind my own Business while shopping then go to check out with her and she asks cash or card I said card.
