Iron Gorilla — Attraction in Bay City

A month ago the gym closed with the only communication to members that there would be a "grand reopening" on the 28th of last month. However this was only a soft opening as they are still not open and have not given any communication as to when they will re open or any reimbursement as like most members I am signed up for a year. I have tried contacting via email, phone, Facebook message, and in person over the last month and have not reached anyone or received any contact back. I was going to give a four star review but I didn't have the heart to break the five star streak (dilemma due to the physical environment). The physical building and equipment is pretty literally falling apart (e.g. Plenty of uneven floors, equipment with missing/cracked pads); however, people I have met there are consistently happy and helpful. I stumbled upon a one-month Groupon trial and personal training session to this gym and am thankful I found this. The owner provided training and was wonderful. Great old school gym with well maintained equipment. Primarily power lifting, heavy lifting weights and machines with bodybuilders mixed within.
