My wife and I had two custom necklaces made for our daughter's at Quality jewelers. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a very kind women named Ruth. She assisted us around the store looking at multiple chains to find the right combination to make the necklaces. She was very patient and help going between various jeweler cases. Once we finished we met Mike. Mike was also very patient with my wife and I through the rest of the process, he answered our questions honestly and respectfully. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! I originally took my wedding ring to Stan's Goldmine to be fixed. It needed a new head replaced and some new baguettes down the side of the ring. Stan's had my ring for over 2 months. Never reached out to me to let me know what was happening. Then after 2 months of calling them and being ran around in circles they told me it was a poor-quality ring and tried upselling me on a different one. I finally took my ring back and dropped it off at Quality Jewelers. Best Decision EVER!! They fixed and returned my ring to me in 3 weeks! it looks like a brand-new ring! I have been having a lot of problems with my wedding/engagement ring. The jeweler I purchased my ring from tried to tell me the issues I was having was my fault. My grandmother suggested I take it to Quality Jewelers. Not only did they explain to me why I was having issues but reassured me it was not my fault. They were able to fix it for me. It looks absolutely amazing and it is exactly what I was asking the other jeweler to do but they refused.
