My son received a car stereo for Christmas. Was told installation is on a first come first serve basis, no appointments. Was also told cars can not be left overnight for installation in the morning. Store opens at 10:00 a.m. every morning this week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday my son has gone there before they open to get his stereo installed. EVERY DAY when they open they tell him they are booked for the entire day. He was told it's first car in the parking lot. So each day he has gone earlier. Today he was there at 9:15a.m. 45 minutes BEFORE THEY OPEN. He was the only person in the parking lot. When they opened at 10 he was again told they are booked for the day. One guy said he is usually there at 9a.m. after Christmas. This tells me someone is taking money on the side for either appointments or before the store opens. There is NO other way if they follow what we are being told that they can be booked BEFORE they open! The customer service is horrible. We literally received shoulder shrugs and a better luck next time. I have NEVER written a bad review for any business or any product, but I have also NEVER been so disgusted with a business before in my life. I spend thousands here every year. I don't have an appliance, tv or car start that didn't come from here, but I will NEVER shop here again! Save yourself time and hassle and go to DUKES where they will actually take...
Read moreI must edit my previous review. Although we had a good experience purchasing our washer & dryer we've had a less than good experience after purchasing a VERY expensive massage chair. Now, the chair was a floor model but was in great condition. We have spoken to a sales person multiple times because a main zipper on the chair was broken during the removal from the store & we have yet to receive an operators manual. We know the zipper was broken during the removal from the stores show room floor because we visited the store numerous times debating on purchasing the chair and the zipper was fully in tact. After spending several thousand dollars for 3 items I would expect better service. Yet here we are with an expensive massage chair that we aren't certain we are using to it's full ability and a broken zipper that attaches the back of the chair to the bottom. After this experience we will NEVER spend another dollar in this store!
My boyfriend and I stopped in to ABC Warehouse looking for a washer and dryer. With the help of ** we were able to find the right washer and dryer set. * was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! We will certainly shop at ABC Warehouse again...
Read moreMy husband and I bought a remote starter on Black Friday, and it was the biggest mistake ever. We were told it would take 3 hours to install, which it ended up taking 6.5 hours. Then we noticed partial heat in my car was no longer working and a bunch of sensors were on in my car. We called and Steve (manager) refused to take responsibility for everything that was done to my car. We ended up going to a delearrship where they said there were multiple electrical issues with the car and my air bag would not go off if we were to get in a car accident, mind you I'm 8 months pregnant with a two year old in the back seat. The manager was so rude he pushed us off to the district manager joe who was even worse hanging up on me and telling me to shut up. Long story short, we ended up having to pay for all damages to our car out of pocket, because ABC refused to pay for the damages, or take responsibility. I would advise to never get ANYTHING installed or purchased from there! The installers here do not know what they are doing and management refuses to take responsibility for...
